555 Jackson St Garage reviews
7 If you want your car to be broken you can park here. We just came to San Francisco, after we had lunch and we found That garbage man broke two windows and took everything away. Gave us a big trouble. We called the police and went to the closest police station to try to get some help. You could get nothing but a report.
Before coming to San Francisco, I had heard that public security in San Francisco was bad, but I never thought it was so so so bad. This is my first time in San Francisco and my last time. I would give Zero stars if I could.
Do not park here! Unfortunately our rental car was broken into and our suitcases and hand luggage were stolen! No staff, we have written an email so far no response, I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately, our rental car was also broken into. The parking garage has no security, the barriers are open.
No staff anywhere.
Don’t park here, I was told by employee that there are at least two cars with smashed windows every week.
DO NOT PARK HERE! We left our car in the garage through the night and in the morning we had our window smashed to pieces. Later police officer told us that there’s no safe parking in San Francisco, well thanks. We also paid 50$ on SpotHero, which I do not recommend either.
AVOID this place at ANY COST. There is no guard, no fence, NOTHING! We parked our rental car here for 2 nights and got our window broken. “Fortunately” nothing was stolen but it absolutely ruined our San Francisco experience. We arrived late at night, paid parking via Spot hero, parked in, we even saw a glass on the floor but we were tired af so we didn’t really thought it could be a car glass broken. On our way from the garages we probably disturbed someone on the staircase, because he immediately went out to the street, we saw him then wondering around the garages. We arrived the other day in the morning and found out that our window was broken. We bet that it was that f.king junkie just got some kind of revenge on us for disturbing him. There was no one in the garages to report it to, no cameras (we bit) either. We reported the incident to SF police, asking for someplace safe to park and we’ve been told that in SF center there is nowhere safe to park so if you want to park in SF I’d look for some place with guard and that’s closing completely over night.
