678 Bellflower reviews
4I lived at Charter Palms, then 678 Bellflower for about 17 years. About the time Sack Management came in, I started looking for a house. I had stayed at Charter Palms because the rent was very affordable, as I had lived there for so long, and I really liked the location and my neighbors. I had only intended to stay there for 2 years, but 17 years later, I finally left. The exit process was super easy. A special shout out to Elizabeth for her great response, professionalism, and general sweet and kind nature, which made the whole process super easy and hassle free. If you communicate well with the property management, you can easily accommodate your timelines, and there were no surprises. I received my closing paperwork and reimbursement check at my new location within a month, and the final statement itemized everything. I was very pleased at how well everything was tied up. Another special shout out to Jason, who was my neighbor and the maintenance manager for most of the time I was there. Whenever I needed anything replaced or repaired, it was almost always Jason. Jason knows something about everything, is extremely knowledgeable about repairs, is always considerate when entering your home, and is also a good neighbor. Reading some of the other reviews, I have to agree that the dog park and exercise areas that were wedged between the parking structures and the dumpsters were a little weird and not heavily used. They closed up the dumpsters into what I called a "man trap" with a single entrance and no exit, so I basically stopped taking out my garbage at night due to safety issues. The improvements that the management made to the community were not always convenient for the residents, and I wish that they would provide more notice before requiring major actions like cleaning out your entire backyard to paint the fences or to comply with the new rules. But sometimes one has to be forced to act on such things, and the end result was good. That is the reason I took away 1 star. Overall, it is a nice place to live, very convenient location, the residents are good neighbors, and you can be sure your exit will be handled professionally.
I’ve lived here for a very long time and I can honestly say that this is the most quiet and comfortable place to live. The staff is always ready to address any issues that arise. Good job to all.

We really enjoyed our time in this woodsy setting. The folks here are friendly and Jason (facilities guru) the absolute best!
