7 Day Dental, Ladera Ranch CA

Terrible service, my appointment was 2: 30 and they only passed me to keep me waiting 2 hours for a simple cleaning.
I don't know why they give appointments if they take you worse than if you arrive on time.
Within those two hours, all they did was review several doctors to try to sell their services.

The best office that cares for their customers. Best doctor I think I found in Orange County. They give appointment on the same day and provide the best service to their customers. They are very very nice and like them a lot.

I was very happy with my teeth cleaning. The people up front were very nice. They explained in very good detail of my what needs to be done. I appreciate that. Very welcoming place and clean.

Ladera Ranch office. The staff and Dentists are not only professional, they are very gentle when it comes to shots and pain management. I have had extensive amount of dental work done, not only today 3-14-23 but other visits.
I’ve had numerous root canals, crowns and much much more. They have been very patient with me taking their time to make certain I receive enough shots in order to feel relaxed. I am one those patients unfortunately requires quite a bit of numbing. They take their time and work very hard. This office has been absolutely wonderful to me. I highly recommend this particular office. Not so much in Anaheim, off Euclid, just days ago so had visited upon emergency. I will be following up soon with that traumatic event with one particular Dentist.
As for LR office.
Thank you so kindly Dr. Shaw, Hygienist Cristian Loomis. Let’s not leave out ALL of the front office staff and assistants. It’s been pleasant.

Smelled horrible like a convalescent home. I don't think I can go back the smell stuck on me and made my car and home stink. I reccomend they keep the air circulating and open the front door to get some fresh air in whenever possible. I like the quality of the work from the dentist but they do try to upsell.
