Some of employee of this location are not customers service oriented. At least 2 of them are even rude.

Had good snacks good service good drinks and lots of other things, it was pretty clean but it might just have been clean when I came here, I wouldn't know, I reccomend going here if you are going on a long trip and need snacks or if you want a quick snack because your hungry.

It's good for what I get and that's coffee or water or those big hot dogs, so good! I love 7/11 thanks.the one warring road is where I do business.great people there!

This station has some of the least expensive gas in the area, which is a strong draw (note: the prices shown on the street level and elevated signs did not match on my most recent visit; it turns out that the street level sign, which showed a cheaper price, was correct). The downside of this nice pricing is that this station draws a lot of customers, and the layout is awkward, leaving little room to wait in line behind other cars if the pumps are all being used. I could tolerate that alone, given the price. But the inattention to keeping the windshield washing squeegie and reservoir in working order drops this to 4 stars. Like if you agree that it's annoying when stations ignore the windshield washing gear.

Filled up on gas. Wife goes into the store and uses the restroom. I finish filling up, she comes out and I go in to use the restroom. I am told there isn't one. I go back out and ask my wife who explains where it is. I go back inside and the 7-Eleven employee opens the bathroom door as I am closing it and tells me it is not available for use. I told him my wife just used it and he said it was not available for men and pushes me on my shoulder. I called the cops and unless I wanted to press charges they could do nothing about it. DO NOT GO IN THERE! Probably hiding a cam in the bathroom to spy on women only. Disgusting!

The employee actually told me that there is California redemption value on the candy that I was purchasing and that was why it only gave me $1.18 off instead of the $1.59 that it was supposed to do. He was also so kind as to tell me that if I didn't want to buy it at that price, not to buy it. WOW! Customer service is obviously important here! I work nearby and have shopped here many times. I have never received this kind of treatment here before. I am posting this because the one bad time shouldn't outweigh all of the good. The store manager and/or corporate need to know how bad it was.

The staff is wonderful, Maria is always on top of the coffee making sure that it is full and fresh. Amhed helps to get you in and out fast. The morning crew rocks! Thanks

If I could do no stars I would. Used to have a great staff about two years ago. I work during the day, and get off late, want a beer or two to calm the nerves. 2pm is usually shut down for beer. The guy who manages the spot puts chains on the door for beer at 1: 45. Other times if gone ahead of 2 pm by at least 30 minutes and he tells me the computer is down and can’t take cards. Don’t usually carry cash in me. Figure your staff and computer out and maybe you’ll make an extra couple hundred when the last minute alcohol rush comes in from across the street. Your nighttime manager is losing you money.

Storefront is disgusting, dirty gum spit spills Etc. I am disabled, they remove the disabled parking spot after was freshly painted several days later they painted over and removed it, ADA law states any business must have 10% of the parking for that business to provide handicap parking the store is in violation of that law.there the other day to get milk it expired on December 8th the day I went to get the milk was December 23rd.

Do not come here! I have a cold, my bf bought me soup from this place. When I went in to ask where the rest room was, the bald headed guy looked at me up & down and said no. Clearly he was judging me because I have sweatpants & a sweater on. As I was telling him he was judging me & that every 7- Eleven has a restroom, this baldy didn't even hold eye contact with me. We are parked right in front of the entrance, I'm positive he saw my bf pass the soup to me! I may dress like winter, but I looked very clean compared to a homeless person!

Not the nicest looking store, but it is ok. Usually has homeless hanging around, but they keep to themselves. Staff was friendly and they have a redbox.
