Why is this store never open late night but claim to be 24 hours the doors are always locked like right now It’s almost like the store clerk has gone to the back and went to sleep. I’ve watched at least five people come to this door and I waited just to see what would happen but yeah no clerk hardly ever on the late night. If you want to sleep stay at home other than that get someone is going to be up to work 7-Eleven is losing money right now. Late night Easter Sunday can’t even get a pack of cigarettes and a Dr Pepper and some cranberry juice cause you in the back nappin.lol do better

This is the third time and last time I come here! Clerk are rude not friendly at all simply No manners - also clerks are not wearing mask! I ask him where is your mask? He said, "I have clear glass in front of me, i dont need mask". At that moment customers, Three of them came in without mask.no enforcement from the clerk! This is my local 7/11 IM FED UP I am reporting to health department.

I visited the 7-Eleven at Wildhorse and Hillcrest Avenue today I had a bad experience there I put my items on the counter the clerk's started to bag my items and she sneezed in my direction without even covering her mouth and didn't apologize until I said something I'll never go back to her again

Every time I've come to this location, the clerk is either outside smoking or at the register and on a phone call. The store is not clean, neat and often find outdated products.

Notwithstanding, there are some unsavory people loitering around, what appears to some "ladies of the evening", deal making and smoking of all sorts. A variety of ages, genders and ethnicities. 7-Eleven, needs to step up a proactive role in making this a place of legitimate business before citizens choose other routes of legal enforcement, beginning with health code violation reporting, ask for increased police presence, appealing to all those in and around wildhorse to track and report any suspicious behavior, and exercise every legal avenue possible, as well as the BBB.

As for me, I am done with this locale, and will take my business elsewhere, and I know, I am not the only one.

So when you pay from something pull your money out of your pocket all waude d up, like your unorganized and you just shove your money in your pocket, and when they give you change, they will short change you every time.

So 7/11 doors aren't always open. Lights are on, the door is locked and nobody in sight. Useless.

Overall my experience here is good. If you take the time to speak to the clerks, you'll learn (and even see) that they work long hours for shoddy pay.
The older man (Greybeard, I call him) will test your patience.

One incident that really upset me however (hence the 4 stars) was when at 11: 30 at night, right after I got off work, I was somewhat accused of stealing. I bought expensive items and the total came to around 20 bucks. While walking out, a clerk that I don't normally see called me back in. I had receipt in hand but he didn't want to see it. Without explaining why I was being called back in, he started speaking to the other female clerk, the one that rung me up, but he was speaking in their native language. This upset me because I had no idea what was going on. I blurted out in anger: "english please! " But no, they kept talking. The female clerk was obviously annoyed with the man and said to me that everything was alright and I could leave. The guy didn't apologize or anything.

I go to this store everyday, sometimes multiple times in a day. I've had good relationships with most of the clerks. I'm even considerate enough to leave my backpack by the door (which in my opinion is a big risk in this area). Wasn't really sure why I was treated that way. I spend good money there and wish the incident never happened.

What 7-11 doesnt have coffee? Stopped to get a cup on my way to graveyard shift and they had none. When I asked the employee spoke in a manner I couldn't understand.
