Most of the employees are cool and some are really bad. Management is ok. My close relative worked there for a lil bit and really enjoyed interacting with the people. The Addicts across the street are also another con, but overall it's good.

No stars. The lady working today was very rude and short with me. The guys that work at night are pretty nice. She didn't say Hi, thank you, and she gave me the wrong thing I asked for but I didn't notice until I got home. I said you must be having a bad day today because she was so rude and frowning.she said no I'm not. Wow if she's always like that I would sure hate to see her on her bad days. Anyway I can and will take my business elsewhere. The world's too messed up now a days to be subject to that kind of behavior. I guess they don't care about their business too much. I tried to do no stars but it wouldn't let me. So Lame!

1. Answer the phone. 2. Say Hello this is 7/11 3. Talk into it like a normal human being would. 4. Don’t hang up on people.

You are obviously not very street smart. I know a lot of people who would kindly demonstrate a lesson in respect. In person. Don’t be a fool, fool.

Rude employee. Guy acted absolutely terrified of the cops sitting out front than providing the most elementary of basic customer service skills.

Went in late at night a guy named boota was verbally abusive to me and my elderly mother. Won't be returning to this location. They were great at one point and the owner has a good heart but between his rude daughter and rude staff the place has really gone downhill. It's like they try to find a reason to argue with you or talk down to you.

The new owners are so rude. They talk negative and they are just plain mean. They seem to always take advantage of me and rip me off, some times I let it slide. But one day I asked because I had enough they gave me attitude about it instead of helping me. I don't know what to do.
