I buy 2 backs of Marlboro s daily to get the savings and I pay between $19 and $24 depending who rings me up. 2days ago the store owner rang up my purchase and the total was $14.70 which is $6 less than any other time. So things makes me think I have been overcharged several times and that makes me upset. The difference is the cost of another pack. Bad customer service

This store is very unprofessional the workers are very ghetto and mean and they are bums they have no lives and they scream at you for no reason terrible customer service this 711 needs to be shut downed ASAP

I’m sorry to have shopped at this store. That Asian cashier girl that works grave at night/evening around 8pm was very unprofessional and ghetto. She yelled at one of the customers for absolutely no reason and she made me feel uncomfortable. It’s not a safe environment, the staff/cashier is aggressive and angry and scary. Very unease cashier and I wouldn’t recommend anyone one in my community to shop here.

" DIDN'T SELL ANY GIFT CARDS AFTER 7PM SMFH. AMD CLOSE BEFORE 1am almost every night & there ATM MACHINE WAS " NOT WORKING" LAST NIGHT

This store is supposed to be open 24 hours a day and it is not. They close it sometime after midnight until 5 am for cleaning. Losing customers like myself. If the store closes mark it on the website so Google knows not to send us to this 7-11 which is closed in the late hours of the night. I have uploaded 2 pictures of the sign they tape to the door.

The Mexican little girl that works here is very rude. We come here all the time and never been mistreated by the African guys but the Mexican girl is always unprofessional and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Today (10/23/2020) I was here with my friend around 7: 23 AM. She was disrespectful to us. We will never come back here again and we will tell people stop shopping here. Dear owner of this branch, Please either fire her or give her a proper training of customer service (on how to treat all customers, not some but all) other wise you’ll lose your business. She lacks basic customer service skills.

Staff is fast, well stocked, clean, and despite the bad neighborhood the staff is vigilant and makes it safer than its looks. Just some locals that hangout and look scary but are just homeless or down on their luck.
