Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
8I have been coming to this 7 eleven for the past few weeks every morning now and the cashier lady is rude. I have said good morning and thank you everyday. She hands me my change with an attitude. To be honest if someone isn’t happy at there job or with life it doesn’t mean they have to be rude towards paying customers. As of today I will be going to another 7 eleven from now on.
Went here at 2: 53 am. How lazy and incapable are the workers here that they need to close for stocking? I've worked in convenience stores by myself overnight. Never had to close for stocking. You lose money that way.
Closed again! Note on the door saying closed for restocking and covid 19 cleanup. This is ridiculous. No other 7-Elevens close for restocking. Sick of wasting my gas and time driving to this location. Owner needs to do something about this.
Clerk see me standing at counter and did not help, all I was trying to do was order something and I stood there for almost 5 minutes, she said one thing at a time, which I understand, but atleast let the customer know.great the customer, tell them you will be with them shortly.something, anything.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This was totally unacceptable. My wife and I live nearby and went to get some snacks and beers. The cashier didn’t sell us the beer because I didn’t have my Id (I left it at home) even though my wife HAD her Id with her and she was the one who was buying the alcohol. The cashier said that they “had strict rules” and that she wouldn’t sell it to us because we were “shopping together. ” Is that even legal? This place is a joke. Hire better people! This cashier was working on a Friday night around 8 PM! I don’t even understand the logic behind those rules. So basically, you can’t buy alcohol unless all the parties have their ids with them! It’s not enough for the person who’s buying alcohol to have their id? How does that even make sense? Great way to lose a loyal neighborhood customer! I’m really disappointed by this.
No bathroom for the public and the cashier was not even apologetic about it. Gas pump was so slow it took FOREVER to activate and fill our tank. Lastly, the full switch was deactivated or broken so the overflow gas spilled out. Avoid filling gas at this location.
Lousy, it said "closed, inventory" and doors locked when I went 12 09 20 115am and a person was in there.
