One of the clerks was incredibly rude and screamed at me for asking to use the bathroom. If the bathroom is only for employees, the sign should read “Employees Only”, not “No Public Restroom. ” The latter implies one must first purchase a product before using the restroom, not that it’s only available to employees.

Gas price sign showed $5.4. They charged my credit card $100 for 7 galons. This is absolutely unacceptable regadless if they will refund me later.

Yeah the night employee at this location is very unhelpful and not very nice and on top of that I wanted a couple slices of pizza and he wouldn't make it for me so I went to the 7-Eleven down the street who gladly made it for me and the messed up part is I was the one that helped with the remodel of this location and I know most of the employees at this location and they're all very nice except this one particularly one guy! Im very upset about the level of bad service I got from this location tonight

Absolutely worst service ever. Came in just to buy some loto scratch offs, and the lady behind the counter (did not get a name since she was not wearing a name tag) aggressively covered the counter to block my view of the tickets saying I can't sell you these to you. I paused for a second thinking it was some kind of joke, I noticed she still had this serious stare so I asked if she was serious. She said "Yes. I'm in the middle of a shift change and I need to catch my bus. " I fail to see how taking 30 seconds to rip tickets off a roll was going to be such an inconvenience and would "make you miss your bus".
Absolutely terrible person, glad to be out of state, will definitely avoid the 7-11 from here on out.

I'm a truck driver and whenever I make deliveries, I stop by at this location for coffee or some sandwiches. The big problem with this place is that their bathroom is out of service, which is not. The owner of the 7-11 whoever he or she is. LYING about the bathroom. For this reason, I don't go there no more. I also don't recommend anyone to go there.

The worst service ever. I asked to use the restroom and they said it was out of order this pandemic has given them the right to say no

Pretty good however, for it being freshly renovated they sure have a of "out of order" for example their slurpee machine most nights doesn't work or the one working at night doesn't keep them on, coke is the main one not working.and also their new smoothie machine usually doesn't have all options available.today it's not working at all and their rest room seems like it's forever broken

This 7-Eleven has seriously elevated its game. Slick remodel, fresh ground coffee beverages with the latest machines to make what you want, smoothies, nitrogen cold brews. Impressive.

I desperately wish more 7-Elevens would move this way. It would change my overpriced Starbucks habit wherever I'm at.

This is the nicest 7 11 I've been to. The coffee isnt ground until you order it, ie super fresh brewed. The fresh smoothie machine is mind blowing. I'm hoping to come here more often now. Nothing beats fresh ground fresh brewed coffee in the morning.

April 16,2021 at about 2: 40pm - Employee behind counter not wearing a uniform nor was she wearing her MASK.

Went to get 2 big gulps yesterday convoy location during our afternoon walk. Service is generally good at this location from previous experiences. Today the clerk handed my daughters lid and straw to her drink to her from behind the counter without using gloves. She did the same to me, handed me my lid and straw with her bare hands. It didn’t dawn on me until after I’d paid and were out the door. We got our ice root beer drinks using gloves. I paid with a card that wasn’t handled by the clerk. My daughter and I both had sore throats within 10 mins. She was the only cashier there that was visible at the time and wasn’t using gloves that I could tell during the transaction. Will be less than a star if my daughter or I are sick from the one transaction. Very dissatisfied.

Not friendly, No Customer Service, Not approachable, No leadership, No one Seems like they care!
