Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
14Trash service they won’t return a broken charger even with receipt. Make no sense I bought the charger that night
I don’t recommend going to this location. I slipped and fell and despite telling workers of the wet spot, they weren’t worried about it until the handled the long line of customers they had. No one checked on me besides the bystander that witnessed my fall and the employees clearly showed that they cared less so I’m sure that’s a reflection of management.
This store is not 24 hours. I used to go there at 3: 30am every morning. Now it's closed every time I try and go there. I don't even try anymore.
Overheard the sales clerk talking about rats at this location to his colleague. Not ver professional to talk about problems like that in front of customers who buy food there.
The owner allows homeless to hang out, they have this bald manager who does not care, you have a filipina morning cashier who is sad no one will take her away and marry her and the owner with a wig. And at night you have this 70 year old Chinese man who has a 50 iq rainman. And this black guy in the morning who ran someone over. Hope he has insurance. Looks like a fantasy of employees
I hope that guy is okay the employee ran over. This place is equivalent to the three stooges.
Emoloyees very unprofessional and you get slim Pickens no one wants to work here. They close on their own when they want a break. They don't care I filed multiple complaints.
Considering all the voodoo that the general public throws at the brave soul that wants to train and serve at 7eleven they are doing fine. Civilization is cruel. I pray for all of you. Customers and employees. Most of the world is in a hypnotic blah blah trance. I am tired of this normal. I was on of Michael Jackson's dance teachers. I am tired of hiding and putting up with civilizations normal. I am a very strict dance teacher. I have no time for any of civilizations misbehavior. Breathe to the beat, not the melody, blah blah blah, and money. Its like all of you are serving the buggieman and all of you think you are late but you are perfectly on time in your own blah blah blah. Breathe to the beat. Wake up. Pop. Pop. Pop.
They don't answer their phone, the place is a mess and it's a nightmare to shop here unless your desperate. They don't open 24 hours.
The Filipina thinks she's so hot but she works for 711 obvious she has no sugar daddy to smash.
It is obvious when someone is truly unhappy at the work place. Maybe she has feelings of not achieving and falling short of her goals in life or she just hates working at 7-11 or she is experiencing some personal problems, but the girl that works in the morning has serious attitude issues. She provides extremely, poor customer service, she has no patience and appears to hate being there. It is amazing that she still has a job where she must interact with people. Quit beating yourself up every day and find /get a job that you enjoy… Life is too short.
Visited at 8: 30am on Jan 20th (so manager's know her the woman was). Pump didn't work after I scanned card. Hit the button for service & no-one answered. Went inside & a horribly rude woman told me it probably wasn't working & I had to join the line. The guy at the front was kind & let me go ahead of him. She then rattled off her about how the call button doesn't work & I should come inside & then started to patronize me as I paid. Like our President, she should be fired! Appalling considering 7 Eleven is a national brand. You would think they would hire quality people.
My daughters went in on Saturday the 26th around 130pm to purchase cold coffee, when they let the worker (female) know the coffee was out, she looked at it and told my girls "oh someone screwed it on to tight, I can't do it, i need a man for that job! " Went back to the counter to get a sign that read - temporarily out of service! Left my girls standing there, which was so rude of her and her comment was totally uncalled for, suggesting she needs a man to do HER job! Disappointed to say the least! I've tried calling the store several times to speak to a manager but no answer! Maybe train your female workers not to be so darn lazy and wait on a man to do HER job!
NEGATIVE STARS. My wife is legally blind and they have their hand sanitizer bottle right next to the syrups you add to coffee, her unable to see to well accidentally put hand sanitizer into her drink and drank it, while that is very toxic to the body. I tried to speak with the employee named Wesley and politely let him know he should move the bottles away from each other to be more cautious so nothing like this happens to anybody else and all he said was “well I mean the label is right on the bottle she should’ve paid more attention” well she comes into 7/11 frequently and gets the same exact things in her coffee it is routine so she shouldn’t have to worry about a hand sanitizer bottle being right in the middle of the simple syrups. He was very rude about the situation and management did nothing. We will no longer be customers to this 7/11 and would like this man fired if anyone has anyone recommendations on who I can contact. If he is not fired we will take legal action.
