7-Eleven, El Cajon CA

One of those times I wish I'd looked at the reviews first. I understand why there were so many reviews in regards to the staff. I went in at night, didn't know there was a charge to add cheese on chips, it's been a while since I've gone to a 7/11, got charged $2 for a dolip of cheese. Wouldn't really mind too much except that I was charged twice for cheese. I was only really getting something quick to eat since pregnancy makes you hungry all the time but being checked on so often while just warming up the food makes you feel some kind of way. Also was ignored when asking for the receipt a good couple of times. Not sure the owners or managers check reviews though so just be cautious when shopping here.

Every time I walk in I get greeted in a courteous manner and they always treat me well, Daniela was extremely nice and helpful today, thank you again.

Yousif store 108 they have pretty good service the best of 7-Eleven that's around good people and good customer service 108 is my favorite store out of all the 7-Elevens

If I could give this place a zero I would! Horrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude and careless. There were no condiments for your hot food and when I asked her for some, she said, "not now. " I refused to pay for two hot dogs if there is no condiments to go along with them. She should at least put up a sign. Also if the nacho cheese dispenser isn't working put an out of order sign! Instead of me opening up a nacho box trying to dispense chilli and cheese. She rudely said she can't adjust or fix the dispenser. Very rude lady. This happened Thursday around noon.

Never think of going into this7 eleven. I bought coffee that I was told was fresh. It turned out to not be. Any coffee drinker knows and can tell its fresh. Owner refused to allow me to throw the coffee I purchased in exchange for the one I witnessed just brewed. He is rude and has his worker's acting like him bad attitude to customers. This business needs to closed. They lack ability to be helpful understanding and kind. Customer service isnt excellent. No 7 eleven spirit in this store.

Don’t drive to this location as their customer support is horrible. 1 start at all.

My daughter possibly dropped our EBT card in the store and when I called to ask about it the employee that answered the phone laughed about it. It is not a laughing matter. Employee needs to be disciplined. I called on Dec 4 about 6: 15 pm
