7-Eleven, Chula Vista CA

Went to get a hot dog. The buns in the boxes were undersized generic cheap buns not the typical 7/11 buns. BOO!

Just left this 711 and the 2 men working have no customer service skills. Put my things on the counter to be scanned and not one word was said to me. Didn't even ask if I needed a bag even though I had a few items to carry. The man just held my receipt out at the end and was just staring.

This 711 is the only one that never has coffee ready or it runs out. Doesn't have other alternative for sugar. The other day there ice machine didn't have ice. The employees are nice but they have to uptain the place.

Made a quick stop to buy water, clean store, although your prices are higher than other 711 with same merchandise.

Great place came in about 1 am the attendant Troye was very pleasant even though he was busy i asked if they had hot dogs it was early morning so he said we quit making them after a certain period of time but I would be happy to make you one in the oven. She went out of his way to make sure that I was at the service that I needed he is a number one employee in my account and I plan on keep continuing going there to do my business

The employees there are awesome. When you need something they drop what they are doing and help you.

This was my first visit since the pandemic and I have to say that I love how 7-Eleven has been handling everything. Always safe and the people who work there are always active and friendly. Please I love their Snicker-doodle cookies!

Been going to this 711 for the past 20 years, back when there was a Sikh man and his wife as franchise owners. Sweetest people ever. Currently there's a black woman with the most toxic attitude, being absolutely rude to all customers. I will never come back here.
