The impression of this store is always looks dirty. The service is bad, it suppose to be a hot coffee, instead you will get a muddy cold coffee. Management get into it now, before you going broke.

I agree about the annoying opera music they blast outside this 7-11 store. They clearly do this to discourage loitering alongside the store. However, the opera music is so loud it can be heard 100 feet or more away from the store. I've never noticed the music absent at night. They need to lower the volume. That said, the new management and staff are fast and friendly. One problem is their policy with EBT cash benefits. They refuse to accept EBT CASH benefits for certain items such as pet food, beer and cigarettes, and they will not give cash back. This is extremely inconvenient.

This specific location is playing opera music at full volume all day! You car hear the music from all the block is ridiculous!

I live behind that store and I don't know if it's because of its new administration but since December they have had the terrible idea of ​​playing opera music outside the store all day every day and it can be heard up to my apartment and I have my window closed. I approached a couple of girls who work in that store to ask if they could turn down the noise but they told me it was background music and that they would turn it off at 7: 00 pm. That day I was able to listen to music until 6: 00 am. I hope the manager of this store can read this and please stop this annoying situation. It's Sunday, it's 7: 04 pm and the music goes on.

I picked up lotto tickets and a 1/4 Pound hot dog. The hot dog buns are cold, and I had to Microwave it. The bun got hard afterwards. The Chilly was out?

The store has friendly faces (people i seem for months) good sales, clean and closeto home. The sale person always helpful and suggest items to buy.

It use to be my family’s number #1 location to come to but it’s been maybe about 2 moths or more that it’s just been so unorganized. Each time we come no coffee or no creamers or the coffee station itjust dirty. I gave it two more chances and it’s not good.came in today and they didn’t have no creamer on either side and a few people walked out. They have 3 employees working this morning and non of them could of stocked it up. The two employees were at the register tending to customers and the third employees was walking around till a customer ask for creamer then he decided to stock it up. One of the employees name ann I thinks that’s her name.she is such a very nice lady. Everyone else I see are new employees. Or maybe I just haven’t seen them before. But anyways this location is not good anymore.
