The staff is always nice but I had a bad experience today with a new female employee who acted very negative and inappropriate towards me accusing me of fraud. I went in with my cup for a soda refill. I walked in front of the front register. When I go to pay, the female employee argued that I didn't have a cup when I walked in. I told her I did and she could even check the security camera to corroborate. She argued with me accusing me of lying. She then rang up the refill charge. By then I had enough and poured the soda down the fountain drain. I acted respectful and don't appreciate her customer service. It's sad but after all this I hope she didn't treat me this way because I'm Mexican. I would love to return to this location but I just don't want to have to deal with that situation again. We need love not hate.

The AM crew is always great. I don't know her name but the girl who works most mornings is really nice. She has started my day off right on many occasions! I like the tacito things.

Always friendly staff and inside of store was clean. Would have given 5 stars but out of stock often on things I normally get. Has bad problem with homeless hanging around outside all the time!

I really like this 7/11, we go during lunch. However, today I was disappointed. We get there and there is a sign that we are required to wear a mask but the cashier didnt have one and not only that, she was sick, coughing all over. This didnt make me feel safe.

Worst experience ever. The worst costumer service, cashier was absolutely unprofessional. Green bluish hair.

There was not hotdog water at the store the prople thought i was crazy i am not crazy i am imaculet.p. S.i had to much sugar i am 5 yrs old and like barbes i hope you read this i am amazing dont fortfer thsy for eve.

The workers are very nice the lady who checked us out was super helpful but there drink machine is very broken wichh was annoying abd theres so much tweakers outside this guy asked my mom to buy him a swisher.

I came to this 711 today. Had the worst experience of customer service ever. ANNA the cashier was rude and she acknowledged she was did not want to be there. I asked her why wasnt she smiling. She said she didnt want to. I replied- then you have the wrong job. She replied- maybe i do. There are so many people looking for jobs. Please do better in your hiring. Send Anna home she clearly dont want tobe there!
