Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
15This place comes in clutch for the quick drinks. The staff have been solid throughout covid and pre covid in general. It's a corner store and provides other services too. Only star to ding is I wish the alley kats next door that's been shut down would get demolished and a new business put up to stop homeless from congregating. And that's really not on the 7 eleven even too
This is by far the best 7-11 I have been to in the Sacramento area. Everyone working there speaks English. They are very friendly and respectful. They are actually grateful for their customers.
This 7-11 is worth going out of your way for.
Good job guys!
Best 7 Eleven in the Sacramento area friendly staff soda has flavors and they charge less than then all the others for items are good prices go when I live in versus heights I went to this one always even when there was one closer to me
It's old, needs to be bigger, updated, new logo colors, they have a few good cash register worker's who are fast, needs better management, I go here often needs to better organized, such as food prices over the food in the food warmers, all coffee should be in one location some chocolate syrup whip cream, one way entry, a mirror where the sunglasses and hats to see what you look like.
I called and their customer service was where I was hanged up the first time called them again and asked the same question and was told oh my God and hung up on just now.that was sad i love.going to that one too nd im bout to go their nd see who answered that phone LMAO, WOW, wow
Yeah I just went in there and bought three chicken taquitos the Monterey Jack and chicken about three of them when I got out to my car they were cold in the middle I took a bite and it was cold I went back in after if she said she gave me an extra one I get out to my car take a bite and it's like rubber so not only do they not make it right the first time or just give it to you even if it's cold but if you ask him to warm it up it's going to taste like rubber best of luck
Every time my mom has came into this store, your lovely associate Tara has been extremely rude to her.so much so that it’s caused my mom constant distress.needs to get her act together and be professional.learn how to keep personal thoughts to yourself.thanks
This is my FAVORITE 711. The store is stocked well with everything you need, kept clean, and the prices are reasonable. This location is close to my residence. If I am out of the area I wait to pick up items I need until I can shop here on my way home. The clerks are AWESOME and take time serving you. I shop here at least 3 times a week.
This particular store was not very clean or very well stocked. The one thing about 7: 11 is you can get in and get out quick with the best selections but not this particular store
I like the how quick the service is, the employees are always friendly and the store always has the product I come in for and the price is right.
Not the best experience.usually I have no issues coming here.but just now, I was waiting long time at the register, and nobody came to help ring me out.they was jus stocking their items, and chatting with some guy or something.sheesh UFA! Aikae!
I've been a customer since 1977, the old store (store was located behind it's current location) didn't have fuel if I recall correctly, I was only 8-9 yrs old but it sure as heck had Asteroids then Asteroids Deluxe! Ina and Ruby were the OG clerks back then and believe you me if they caught you stringing the arcade games they'd light you up, hahahaha. They used to have a big pickle jar full of water you could drop a coin in and if it landed in the shot glass at the bottom you'd win a big gulp.
Anyways, the (new) store in it's current configuration and staff is awesome, always super friendly and polite. I'm not positive who the franchisee is her name might be Debbie, she was also one of the OG clerks from the old store. Thank you for the decades of service to the community and for always being open no matter what. ~The Shoffner Family
Exceptionally clean! Knowledgeable staff, and an excellent selection of just about everything! This is my new go to store! And they now deliver too! Awesome!
Make sure you double check your change! Just had the cashier short me twice! Bought a pizza for Pi Day and it was $3.68 and I gave him $3.75 and he gave me $0.05 back! Gave him the benefit of the doubt, simple mistake whatever! I went and got two 2Ls of soda (2 for 3) and it was $3.99, I gave him $4 and he said, “Thank you” Closed the drawer and turned around! I get it’s only $0.03 but that’s still unacceptable! I may be overreacting but I felt robbed! I don’t have his name on my receipt but he was working Saturday March 14th 2020 at 9: 45pm!
