7-Eleven, San Marcos CA

I ordered twice in this 7-11 through Uber eats. One time got a bottle of expired milk, today bought 1 box of egg, got 4 broken eggs. And the phone call is never taken! Unbelievable

I don’t understand the lady that works the counter during the day. She is very rude and gives people the worst attitude…unless you speak Spanish of course. I have literally watched her face change from happy to irritated the moment she assumes you are not a Spanish speaker. I asked someone else who works around here, who also had to deal with the same attitude. She said the exact same thing. I have even greeted her and she say’s absolutely nothing. However she was smiling and happy when she was having a Spanish conversation with the person before. She has looked at several people with a very judgmental stare. Almost an irritated look on her face as if we are inconveniencing her by walking in the store. Very off putting to customers. Not good for business.

Several times I've come in the morning and this place is closed. It's 6: 30 am and it's still no open. Thought 7-11 was open 24/7.

The cashier was frustrated and distracted with staring at a small child weirdly suspicious. He intentionally waited to give me the bags and proceeded to place 8 cans of monster in one bag, I asked for another bag and he took his time with that and then threw the bag towards me extremely aggressively.poor customer service

The slurpee machine is always working - I get a large slurpee everyday, and drive a little farther because the machine is always set correctly

I didn't know that any sales require app on your phone according to (Hasan) good thing this isn't the only 7-Eleven will not come back here. Zero Stars

At night It’s just completely grossed out, even during this pandemic. Me personally, I can get over a worker behind the plastic curtains with no mask on or whatever. But the guy at night is always like around on the floor, and just kinda talks at me with no mask on. But last night is the last time I’ll go, he straight up sneezed all over that hot food area without covering his face at all. Not even washing his hands or whatever just wiped his face with his bare after. So I left.

It’s unbelievable that this filthy 7-Eleven is not shut down. The icecream freezer is disgusting with half opened ice cream. Finally, this night I walked out. The floors are nasty, the glass on fridge doors is smudged with bacteria. Enough is enough!

This seven eleven is great. The employees will always try to offer coupons and they are so nice. Overall I think this seven eleven deserves 5 stars.

Every time I come in here my card doesn’t work for some reason and they direct me to the ATM which gives me money fine. I pay and leave. I asked them to checkout their machine and they look at me like I’m stupid. Bank says no issue, which leads to believe it’s a scam.
