7-Eleven, Vista CA

Best 7-11 ever, probably in the entire county, Hands down. So much is great here especially all staff. Fresh food ready to go. Great selection of new and old products.

IF BEING ATTENDED BY OLDER MAN WITH ONE HAND, CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND/OR PRICES. As other have already said, the guy will literally try anything to get even a penny out of you. He will charge your for extra bags, gives you wrong change, doesn't apply promotions, adds extra quantities, etc.

All other employees have been helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked/organized. Food is always decent and fresh. If it wasn't for the bad experiences with the one handed man, this location would be a 5 star and one the best in the area.

So bad this old guy is mean accused me of stealing didn't let me punch my number in just took my money out of my hand I should have called the police hopefully they shut down the business

So I went there because it was the second time I get there big gulp I chose sprite. The first time I thought I accidentally chose minimal water but was sure I did not. Anyway today I got two again and made sure to look I chose sprite I come home and it dose not taste like sprite but rather mineral water. I called about it the lady said to go and get two new cups. I go some people exit the store and the man there acts strange and glares at me motioning for me to leave the store then he makes me take off my face mask (I’m not sure why I listend to the man), and glares at me telling me to leave I leave. I’m not sure what is happening a friend had also told me that she got a extra large coke and that it tasted weird.

Their is an older gentleman that never allows me to punch in my phone number for the rewards program. Every time that the screen pops he hits something on his register and makes it disappear. He is the only one that does that. I think that he also works at the store on Vista village because an older gentleman there also cancels out the screen to enter the phone number. Why did you ask me to sign up for the rewards when they don't want you to receive the reward? Not good business, dishonest.

The one handed man in there has always been grumpy and rude.
I don’t understand the hostility or why they are always rude here but this is not the only 7/11 in California, and I’ve never been treated this way anywhere but this specific location. They need to work on their customer service. I will not be back. Hopefully they can turn it around but judging by all the bad reviews, I doubt it.

I am disappointed at your service. How could you do that to people? ! You use the same gloves to give people change and handle the hot food with the same gloves. Health department must check you out

I have been to this place several times since the start of covid-19 they have had good rules in place to slow the spread of covid-19. Today how ever they did not even follow basic basic steps. I will be reporting to 211.

This guy, was picking at his feet while on the phone (which he is always on the phone, horrible customer service) and then wants to look at me like I am terrible for wiping my drink off after he grabs it.
