Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
8Two different workers complained they could not use my card, yet same 7-11, and ONLY 7-11 or any other store for that matter. Both new faces and clearly new to the job because they didn't know how to use their cash machine. My available balance was well over what I was paying for and instead of offering me a resolution to the problem (to their "won't process change error they had on their cash machine they had no clue what to do with lol), they added insult to injury by moving my stuff to the end of the line and helping everyone else before me. Like he couldn't be bothered. And because he couldn't help me, even with a working card, he asked me to leave. I left and went to 7-11 #36866 up the street on La Habra. Same card, never a problem. Hmm. May want to check your system or your employee's! Avoid this one if you can. 7-11's are all over La Habra and much kinder employees. Worst customer service, pretty horrible treatment. No way to treat a customer, let alone a lady just tryin to get some cereal. Shiesh! Lol
We like our corner 7 11. The ice machine wasnt working today so they had ice out for everyone. I dont see this at other 7 11"s. Thank you 7 11 on La Habra Blvd and Beach Blvd!
I just bought Pringle’s that are out dated. The chips are stale and the cheese on the Pringle’s is all gone. What a nasty location with very poor selection. The old guy always looks mad and is no good for any help
The absolute worst coffee ever. This place went downhill fast. The coffee used to be decent. Taste was okay and the price could not be beat. Now the price went up but the quality went into the TOILET. The coffee tastes like the bathroom floor. Beware if the coffee gets lukewarm you will vomit from the taste. Such a shame because this place is a convenience for me. I will be buying a coffee maker asap. The coffee served in the trenches of world war I tasted better. STAY AWAY. It is straight poison.
This is the only place that has ever asked me to pull down my mask when being carded. Out of all places, a 7 eleven? And the man (white guy with glasses) is not friendly.
Someone thats works here closed the doors and take 2 hours or so or even longer to use the restroom. Like really. Other 711 they are open and doesnt take forever to do something.
Store closed no sign some one said they went to lunch this is poor very poor service I wont come here again and I'm puting you on social media so no one comes here again and all the phone numbers are disconnected I'm going to let the better business b know what's going on
At approximately 2: 44 p.m. To 2: 50 p.m, a seven-eleven employee named Agustin falsely accused my boyfriend of stealing. We come to this Seven-eleven often and never have stolen anything in our lives. I personally emptied out my boyfriends pockets to prove he had nothing. We both do security and ask the employee Agustin to go check the cameras and call the police. He refused and continued to make the false accusations. We feel embarrassed about the situation and feel saddened by the fact that he made false statements. Slander is against the law.
