I walked in to buy lottery tickets as New Year gifts for my children, the man behind the counter was super rude and told me it was a bad time as he had to fill a doordash order. He then told me I could not purchase anymore tickets as he was so busy. I told him I was a customer as well and couldn’t believe how rude he was being. I ended up purchasing my tickets, but not without this man trying to be condescending and rude, and set ridiculous rules of his own.

Store clock says 8pm. But look at the handwritten sign on the left door. After 15 min I drove off.

Horrible service by the night time clerk, I have tried time and time again, he is very rude, and discourteous. Tonight was the final straw, I was waiting with my items at the register, and he proceeds to pick out items for himself and put them in the register next to me. To make it worse, he went back a second time! I just needed some pedialyte because I’m not feeling well, but this man was on his own time (and always is) I left my items on the counter and walked out. I work the night shift so this is almost the only place open when I get off.

Four. 711 despite the name is that it's open all the time, but this is like the 85 millionth time I've gone to a 711 exactly during the window it happens to be closed which is not listed in its hours on google.nor IN THE 711 app.find a dollar for every time I wasted my time going to a 7-Eleven that says it's open but really isn't… I have like $15 and that'd go a long way at 711 which is why i want this place to be open

Despite it being an unassuming place, there were quite a few customers here when I visited earlier this evening, and the man behind the counter was incredibly efficient and fast.

I want to go pick up Uber eats order for myself and use the microwave to cook up my burrito.the clerk was giving me a dirty I the whole time I was there.really made me feel scared I asked him is there an issue and then he started lunging towards me I really fear for my safety is a really creepy guy I would not shop here.he’s just there really a creepiest I’ve ever met. A real bully and loser

I came in here on Feb. 20,2021 in the afternoon to redeem an $8 winning lottery ticket. I asked the clerk to apply $6 on Mega and $2 on Powerball. He ended up printing $8 for Mega and $8 for Powerball and proceeded to charge me an additional $8 for the tickets. I pointed to his mistake and he appeared to be upset and frustrated, deciding to pay me $8 in cash and rushed through the transaction, telling me to leave and not come back to this store. Obviously, he didn't want to accept his mistake. How's that for customer service?

I've been shopping here since I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago. I don't mind redirecting my business to other stores around the area.
