Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
8Thieves. Ownership changed, and now they are either thieves or don't know how to run their registers. Was charged 9 dollars all the while being told my card was declined.
Lol If not sell the cheese slice then don’t show! Only sell the pepperoni then why show others? So terrible attitude
Terrible employees and it’s always dirty. The employees are routinely rude and ineffective and often times won’t even speak to you. I have hated going to this location every since I moved here and it makes me not trust ANY 7/11s. Would give 0 stars if I could
Of course the foreigner who can barely speak English doesn’t know what the f to do to help me with card services. PLEASE PROVIDE ENGLISH SPEAKERS TO HELP YOUR ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS. Ridiculous that I can’t get basic help because of a language barrier. Go fvck yourselves 711
I was just belittled by two employees for using EBT at their location. I was getting a few items, but the problem became the pizza and the iced coffee. They employees insisted my iced coffee wasn’t covered by EBT, I was sure it was, but I asked them to take it off. They stopped the entire transaction, and the man on the left asked me “so what are we supposed to do with these drinks? You can pay in cash” Similar comments continued, and after back and forth arguing and only after I asked them if they were really harassing me for cash while I was paying with EBT did they take off the coffees and continue the transaction. The same cash balance showed. I asked them “did you charge the cold pizza I have as a hot pizza” and after they spoke in a way I couldn’t hear them, the first one to tell me “No, we can’t do that” after I said “I’ll pay for everything else, you can just take off the coffee” just walked away and the man at the register said “that’s my fault, my apologies” He added the iced coffee again, and everything was paid for. The fault was completely on the cashiers’ side, yet I was harried and shamed for not wanting to use anything but EBT at their location. I’ve never felt comfortable at that location for two years, but this takes the cake for the worst I’ve ever been treated there.
The University Village 7-11 is always filthy dirty. The employees don't care about their clients/ customers.
The store is a great place but, the worker was horrible we go in ask if the pizza oven is working and says yes and walks off wait for 5 min we start looking at other stuff he doing the mobile orders giving him time but doesn't ask us again in 15 min we are clearly waiting. I just wanted pizza man that's all I wanted and I asked nicely and politely. The point is this place is trash and will probably be an a**hole next time if I see the Damm same skinny Indian or Asian guy that was their tonight. This day marks the day I shall turn to being a keran for the sake of me not getting a pizza tonight.
