Last night went to the store at 1: 50AM and doors were locked asked the worker to please open the doors and the guy said it was closed I told him it says 24Hrs.and he said no it was closed and refused to open the doors I think they do this all the because there was people outside and they also said it was closed. Worst 7/11 ever workers are super disrespectful and are always on there phones they always ignore you because they’re busy on there phones.

Their motto is, we will be on our phones 24/7 via airpods while we ignore you and send you off with our mistake by telling you that you are wrong because we didn't hear you. Horrible service, everything you aren't supposed to do while at work this store has you covered. I have so many complaints on this location it's not even funny anymore. After coming here for more than 20 years, I can 100% confirm this is the worst store I've ever walked in to and it's never once improved, it only keeps going downhill. I have been around and have even worked in customer service myself and I've never once seen anything like this location. I understand working in customer service isn't fun but this is ridiculous, I only stop by because of the location convenience. If I wanted service like this I would have gone to a Karen cafe. At least there I know their job is to provide horrible customer service.
