Says open 24 hours but they randomly close? I get off work at 2/3 am and they are closed and just shake their head at me through the window. When they are open the staff are rude and have zero customer service skills. Hire better staff or close the location. The only reason I even come here is because it’s close to my job.

Without question the worst 7-11 i have ever been too, only reason they are still in business is because of its convivence next to dvc.

This clerk actually stole money from me. I went in to buy my cigars, which are clearly marked on the package as one price. He rang me up at double that price and charged it. I saw the charge and told him I needed the difference refunded, and he told me no. I advised him that it is illegal to charge more than what is stated on packaging. He reluctantly gave me a refund, but then charged me double again, thinking I wouldn't check my statement. So this clerk actually stole from me, and I will be dealing with it.

Its no surprise this store has an awful rating. Guy was talking on the phone the entire time I was in the store, didn't say a word to me, and gave me the wrong change back.pay more attention to your job and get off the phone dude.
