4I found what I was looking for and the person who helped me was very kind.
The older clerk w/ grey hair working nights is a real jerk, dude hassled me for having an empty tote bag. I also asked for a price check on an item, and was charged for it on top of my other stuff. Came back, the guy went defensive asap and was pissed over $3 he was in the wrong for. Make sure to get your receipts folks.
I accidentally spilled some icee. I asked for some napkin to wipe it and was asked rudely to wipe the entire floor. No customer service at all.
Well I've been going here for years now but me and my lady stopped in tonight basically the guy flipped out when my lady accidentally dropped her juice and it broke on the ground. He instantly was rude to us and started scolding us and telling us that we need to pay for it and I was just blown away how he talked to us and demanded that we pay all we did was break a cheap juice and we sincerely apologized. The day crew is always really nice to us and we go in there all the time so we did not expect this kind of treatment but the night crew is very rude whoever it was in the last 8 hours working there right now. It's the first time we've ever had an incident at this location but we will not be back after being treated The Way We Were.
