7-Eleven, Chula Vista CA

Closes earlier then actual business time states. Very unprofessional shop. I reccomend literally any other 7/11 location

Terrible worker wouldn't open at all I was waiting early morning why say you are 24 hours and don't open.

Do NOT believe the hours. This is the second time I wasted my time when they actually close much earlier. If you're looking for convience, this is not the place.

At this point I'm not even sure when to visit this store due to the incorrect hours of operation. It's always closed when I visit. Do not visit this inconsistent location!

6/5/23: Visiting from Dallas, TX. The gas station was pretty clean and easy access from/to the street. It wasn't very busy, so getting gas was a breeze. It's a pretty busy area, so it's a safe location to fuel up and get some snacks.

Sonchay must be new here. He was very friendly and hospitable. He even wished NYE @good luck” on my small lottery ticket purchase.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Closes fairly early and doesn’t open again until 5 AM. Store and gas pumps.
Several other reviews have made note of this, but the store keeps going back in and editing their hours to say they are open 24 hours even though they’re not. They are also the only 7-Eleven in the area that does not give a direct phone number, and only lists an 800 or 888 number for 7-Eleven customer service. Not helpful!

Fake 711. Not 24 hrs like it says. No slurpees like other 711's. Not a good selection of alcohol like other 711's.

Yeah, I don’t like this 7-Eleven primarily because it is essentially just leaching off of what consisted with the earlier Village Market having the same items. Another thing I didn’t like was how a clerk directly told me I couldn’t wear an arts and crafts face mask that I can see through that looked somewhat like the Minecraft YouTuber Dream that I wanted to eventually wear more often to conceal my identity to avoid people who would dox me again. And I usually just go to the store a lot just to get the lottery ticket for my Mom. So, I don’t like how they didn’t allow me to wear that face mask.

JOY, ROBERT, HECTOR, are allways friendly, and helpfull i do not know the name of the new manager yung Man with a beard all theTeam are customer friendly courteous, its a buisy place but all of them do their best, its a customer service job, can't please every one, but they sure try.

They have cashiers who don't give correct change back after purchasing an item. They are not customer friendly!
