7-Eleven, Norwalk CA

My wife was pouring gas on 12/11 around 3pm. She paid cash, there still $15 until the amount she paid for, but there were some issue with with the pump. She went inside and asked for help twice and the cashier giving her attitude and didn’t want to come out to help, telling her to a different pump. She eventually had to ask for the balance back. Even still the cashier was giving my wife attitude. Horrible!

I tried buying a lottery ticket but the worker with slick back hair at the register asked to see i.d. Which I showed him and I was born in June of 2005 making me 18. He then told me I needed to be 21 even though you have to be 18 and not 21 to buy a lottery ticket, then he told me I had to be born in 2004, but that would make me 18 or 19 and not 21.

Perry and Amit are so sweet and helpful, it's always a pleasure see them in the morning. They are fabulous employees. Keep up the awesome job my friends.

This place is unsanitary. They'll grab the food bare hands and give it to u like if it's nothing.nah.also they didn't want to let me use my 711 membership

Very unsanitary. Saw the cashier picking his nose and grab a pizza barr hands and put it in the little box for someone

Worst 7-Eleven ever, employee is always on his phone, coffee is always old or empty, it was not like this with the other employee. I use to stop everyday and now i only stop every other month and every time its still bad if not worse.
Edit: this is just to add because it seems like none of the employees care, always on the phone with the wireless headphones, the "owner" wants to reply that this can't be true what a joke 7-Eleven is turning in to, very few good ones anymore.
