4The pizza is too cooked it’s so hard you can’t even take a bite of it when asked to make a new one the say no wish I could put 0 stars
Horrible employees. Same middle eastern (I think) cashier guy always there looking super annoyed. I think he’s management but has horrible customer service. Makes me not want to go in there. One time he had me waiting 5 extra minutes for my pizza that he had already boxed up and just not handing it to me. Never says a word. Never asks if I want my receipt. Always on his phone or distracted talking. I avoid going here even though it’s the closest 7/11 to me.
8/19/23. Disgusting and terrible customer service. So it's around 1030pm Saturday.as I'm walking up, a slightly overweight male cashier is walking out of the store with another customer. He looks at me weird and says "I'm getting ready to take a smoke break". In other words "it's best to leave, so I can take a smoke break". So I turned around and went elsewhere. It'll be a long long time before I go back there. Hopefully the owner sees this post and talk to his employees. You gotta have better customer service skills than this. Even if you're going to take a break, at least let inform the customer and say, I'll get to you in just a few minutes.
Employees were inside, but the doors were locked. I thought this was 24/7. This was at about 1am. Pretty frustrating, had to go to the one on main
