7-Eleven, Los Angeles CA

Omg they r the most rudest 7 11 every especially after 2pm I wont visit there again! I understand shift change but never di u have to be rydr big girl.

My experience was kind of upsetting.trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. And he gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes. I didn't want the type of pack. I am being mentioned that that's not what I asked for and he told me that that's what he hung up and he can't change it. I asked him to just check that item back and refund my money I paid cash he denied me that's it I can talk to a manager when they get there.wouldn't give me my money back and was sad even more bizarre was I didn't touch the product I didn't walk out with the car I was still at the register at the counter I just had to walk away. I didn't want the short cigarettes I wanted to 100 (same brand) that's it.

Overall, it's a nice location. I frequent this store because it's the closest convenient store to where I am currently living. For the most part, the employees are friendly. A few seem to always have issues with the register but the mangers are always quick to get the problem solved. The 7 11 app is awesome and I never have problems with that.

7 people waiting in line, 3 workers in store and only one is on register other 2 just chillin and having very nice conversation.

This location is coo cuz they got American born, english speaking cashiers that honor the app discounts

Usually my transactions go pretty well. I am not sure what happened this evening but it was my first trip to a stroee with my puppy and she was having a bit of anxiety, so I was struggling with that as a new dog owner.
The young man at the counter was aiming the scanner's red light at my eyes and I put my hands up to block it as I waited in line. When I approached the counter he lifts up the scanner to eye level and the red light pierces my eyes and I take the scanner that was facing out to eveyone and pointed it downwars. THAT RED SCANNER LIGHT IS BAD FOR YOUR EYES AND WILL LEAVE AN IMPRESSION ON THE RETINA.
I can sue for this continuous behavior.

Sumon feels like cussing a black woman is acceptable, it is not. Shame on 7/11.

I luv the staff here bc they're courteous & nice but will get u in line if u get outta line so do NOT come here giving ANYONE a hard time!

Also, yall LA drivers are sum thin elseTurn ur hazard lights OFF when you're parked in front to the store because it's NOT necessary since you're already parked on the street by the curb

This is probably the worst 711 I ever been to. They never have condiments, the place is dirty, most of the workers are lazy and get all bothered when you ask them to make something. You would expect better from a store being in an upper class area. I went for a hot dog, there was no mustard, no onions, the chili and cheese machine was empty or broken. I asked for a mustard packet which they did not have. No napkins, so I just left with a jumbo mayonnaise dog. Next time I won't even think of going there and I recommend none of my friends working in the convention center go there either.

They never have anything they money order machine never work They always close I thought 7-Eleven was 24 hours The hotdogs be half cooked In smell awful in there dog feces in the front of the door homeless people living on the side of it is just terrible I think they need to shut it down.

No attention to cleanliness. Floors were dirty. Drink area was filthy and not restocked with cups or lids. Soda spills (dry and wet) everywhere. When I brought it to the clerks attention I was told it was just cleaned. Health department definitely needs to visit.

Having worked at 711, it’s disappointing to see such laziness from an establishment that prides itself in being open 24/7. Both employees were relaxing and started working slowly after me and another customer knocked. After a while one of them said they would open at 4am meaning they would be closed for 5hrs…. Simply lazy

The managers did nothing about a trouble maker man inside this 7-11 while I'm trying to make purchases of food, the trouble maker tries to physically fight me, acting like he owns all the food inside this 7-Eleven, since the managers didn't do anything about this man that's causing problems, I just left the store for my own safety.

This is the first time and LAST time I will order from them! The hot dog was dried out I ordered a cucumber lime gaterade they gave me FROST I ordered chips did not receive those! The donuts were hard and probably have been there since the early morning! The clerk I spoke with tried to make amends but it seems as though when you order through a delivery app they give you whatever they want while you spend your money because you’re not there to see it! I wanted to give a zero but the clerk was decent when answering the phone It won’t let me takes photo

This is the absolute worst 7-Eleven I have ever encountered terrible customer service employees are rude ghetto. The store closes whenever he feels like it. It’s currently 5: 44 PM on a Friday and 7-Eleven is close. I’m trying to understand how a store that is supposed to be open 24 hours is closed, and then ploy, rather than explaining to a confused customer decided to just wake me off and not explain I say fire everyone and come and look into your business because these people are tearing it apart

DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT! Go to this store! They claim to be 24 hours but I don’t think the company knows that it’s paying the overnight employees to clock in and close the business. Because Everytime at night the doors are locked! And they are blasting music as if it’s a party! Today is 05/01/2023 and it’s 2: 30 in the morning and I can hear the music from outside and yet they’re closed! I thought they were 24 hours! It’s time I call corporate and report them because there’s no use for an over night team at a 24 hour store if they’re not working!

This location is closed all night I worked security across the street at the convention center never seen it open once. Closes from 9 pm to next day

Always get our drinks here. The saleswoman with the long eyelashes is always very friendly. Great price

Was there at 11: 15 went out of my way to go here and it was locked and no one there? Brutal.guess 711 isn't 24hrs.need to change this on your website.
