7 Update: I still haven’t had my $60 credited to my account yet.
The ATM company is denying that there’s a discrepancy, so I had to file a dispute with my financial institution……………………………………….
Be aware, the ATM at this location shorted me $60 when I made a withdrawal.
Now I have to call my bank to file a dispute and hopefully I can get my money back.
Visited 12/18/23 at 4: 22pm the middle age white woman with glasses and beanie was extremely rude and shouldn’t be working with the public what so ever. Was told that I was a hassle just for ordering a whole frozen pizza. Being a person of color I felt extremely uncomfortable and I won’t be returning
Rude a** owners. Never greet you never thank you like they don't even want you there.
Worst experience ever. Don't even bother coming over here to get your seven rewards. They don't even offer it
The display showed two Crunch protein bars for $6. At checkout, I was charged $3.99 each for a total of $7.98. I explained to the attendant they were displayed "Two for $6" but he refused to honor it. I left my place in line and got the display and brought it back to the register. The attendant got the manager. The manager refused to honor it stating it was a mistake that they failed to remove. Horrible customer service. By the time I finished explaining myself, my coffee was cold. Worst 7-Eleven EVER!
Been coming there on and off for about 2 years I’ve seen a man working there always with a smile and treating people nicely no matter how rude they are! Hats off this guy I think his name was mohamad. The store is always clean too. 110% for short visit
We came in as customers bought a decent amount of merchandise walked out to our car, turned it on and the minute we did that I got a business phone call, so I answered it still park in the parking lot and apparently a delivery truck that was there to deliver at 7-Eleven started honking at us so we ignored it since I wasn’t a business call and I wasn’t about to pull off driving on the phone call the owner of 7-Eleven then proceeds to step out and begins to throw his hands up in the air at me as the driver did as well they both begin to yell at us, cursing at us and threatening to call the cops on us. If we don’t move because the delivery truck has to park where I’m at and make the delivery, mind you the entire parking lot is empty. I will no longer be coming back here and spending my money on this please advise you all to do the rest
