I asked for easy ice. This is what easy ice looks like. Literally finished my drink in less than 3 mins.

Always kind and upbeat, always. The one or two times my order was incorrect they quickly and without hesitation made it right. Management take note your baristas are top notch and worth paying a premium for or they will be happily picked up at another cafe for higher pay.

Boba, tea, or coffee drive thru! Can choose your extra toppings (boba, leachy, aloe, and pudding) love the convenience of driving up and leaving!

Excellent customer service. Employees need to cheer up and be more friendly. Please keep up good work.

Bought match oat milk for my wife at 10: 10 pm. She said the drink taste horrible. I tasted it and threw the drink away. There was 75% of the drink left.

Typical 7 Leaves Cafe experience & menu. As usual, the staff was friendly & willing to help adjust my beverage to my preferences. The normal selection of tea, boba, etc that you've seen at other locations is here too. This location is intended to be a drive thru primarily as there are only 4 parking spots & no tables/chairs outside the cafe. Plan to wait in a line at least five cars deep at most times.

I work just across the street so I come here almost everyday. Just order with the app to save time guys. All the staffs are friendly. Hand down my favorite shop!

Been order here mutiple time, only problem is less ice and less sugar is hard to notice
then normal.maybe its my touge too sensity

The people are nice and the line moves quickly. Although they have been out of my fav drink for a while. LOL Otherwise I would give it a 5 star.

I love the drinks but, last time I bought a sunset pasión with boba, more than half was just ice, so if you go to buy, make sure you ask for not too much ice

Delicious drinks and yummy macaroons. I had the passion fruit tea which was bomb. The strawberry tea is amazing too. Will be back soon!

The boba here is consistently delicious, but the highlight is definitely the staff! They go above and beyond to make sure we always enjoy our boba experience. Thank you for being so wonderful, no matter how busy it gets, we are grateful!

Their house coffee is excellent their pastries are pretty good too you'll enjoy 7 Leaves no matter what drink you looking for coffee smoothie fruit drink. The staff is very friendly don't forget to leave a tip

Decent Viet coffee but not strong enough. Taro with grass jelly was good, better if it was sweeter. Great customer service, the girl taking order in the front was very nice and gentle.

I would like to file a complaint about the service I received today on August 1,2021 around noon at the 7leaves location on Brookhurst and McFadden. One of your employees had been careless about sealing the drink cup and at the drive-thru as I was being handed the drinks in the cup holders, one of the drinks with the loose seal had tipped over and caused for the drink to be spilled all over the interior of my just recently bought new car. In addition, this mess would've been prevented if the drinks in the cupholder were to be handed all within a bag, however they were not and was probably the reason why one of the drinks tipped over so easily and spilled. Although they had replaced my drink, not one of your employees had apologized (except for the shift leader, Linh). My family and I are frequent, loyal customers of 7leaves and are disappointed at this behavior and service we were provided today. We would greatly appreciate it to know if we will be compensated in some way and/or know that some precautionary action will be taken to avoid incidents like these.
