I was on pump number 10 and the pump was not taking credit card. So I figured I’d just pump first and pay inside after. However, the pump would not start. So I went inside and and asked the cashier Naveen for help. He kept insisting everything is fine, cuts me off at the middle of the sentence, and for some reason wanted me to pay for what previous person pumped. Feels like a scam. Every time I tried to explain my situation he just cuts me off in the middle of the sentence and said everything is fine. What a weird gas station.

I went and wanted to use the bathroom, there's a sign. On the door, temporary. Out of service, I asked the guy in the cashier and his soo RUDE!
I asked him if I can use the bathroom he said he put a special chemical to cleaned the bathroom, I asked him how many minutes I could wait, he said 30 to 40 Minutes.
I SAID I will wait, and I told him by the way I am also a housekeeper, what kind of Chemical you used? And why it's needed 30 to 40 mins? He started, it's my right refused the Customer!
No Hospitality!
No compasion!
In short very Lazy, he wants to keep the bathroom only for himself.
Same frustrations from other customers.
Any actions? SOLUTIONS?

They don’t deserve even one star these guys they put false information on their sign don’t believe them, The car was full of soap not clean not dry even though their deluxe says car would be in perfect condition.

This gas station has a car wash and a vacuum station after the wash that is activated after the wash. If I can recall, it is time limited but I could be wrong as I have not been in a while (I now go to Jamboree Car Wash in the same area since they have free micro fiber towels available to use after the wash at the vacuum station which has more space so it does not feel as rushed to finish vacuuming the car if the wash is busy). This 76 only has about 6 parking spaces at the vacuum station which at times when the wash gets packed, the spaces fill up fast then you have to wait or finish fast if you are in the space.

I finished filling the gas once and was wiping down a company vehicle I was driving when someone came out and told me that the stations were for filling gas only; which is understandable when pumps are packed but I was there with maybe two other cars? It was not busy at all so I didn't understand the urgency since I also paid for gas too and was therefore a customer (but I left nonetheless, at their instructions to clear the filling station).

Gas prices are alright, but I have now found other places I frequent for gas.
