Juan and Danny were a pleasure to work with. The car is amazing and they represent themselves well. Their prices are very fair, including the security deposit, mileage given, and cost per mile if you go over. I took care of the car and didn’t get charged a dime more than what they quoted me.

Very Rude employee. Literally this hispanic dude (very tan with comb over) that is the car washer literally gave me attitude. Don’t give people attitude especially first time customer.

Had a great experience renting the 1970 Buick Electra from 777 Exotics. Drove a couple hundred miles up and down the PCH with no issues. Everything from reserving the vehicle, driving it for hours and returning it was seamless. Highly recommend!

I rented a Lamborghini huracan for my 25th birthday and it was AMAZING. Definitely a birthday to remember. Marlon and other members made the rental process real easy and smooth. Definitely recommend. I hope to be back and do it again. Thank 777 EXOTICS!

The company is very incompetent in its profession. It happened for the first time - when I needed help with the rented car, the company did not help me with the problem. The whole situation was stressful for me. The technical problem with the rental car has been hidden so I can compare it to a scam.
I do not recommend it and I assure you that I will not come back because I do not need unnecessary stress

We got a car that was not in as good condition as guaranteed and also advertised.
The technical flaws were covered up before us. Despite the $ 5,000 insurance policy, we lived under constant stress that something could go wrong. When a fault appeared and we needed help, the company treated us like air. I promise with my hand on my heart that I will never use the services of this company.

The car was not in the technical condition in which it was advertised. It had hidden flaws with it of a technical nature that were hidden from us.

When we called for help, the company did not help us, but left us with a problem that was their fault.

We had insurance up to $ 5,000 and we were always afraid that the car would break down completely.

Absolutely terrible. I booked a G 550 and confirmed days in advance. When I get there they tell me that the customer crashed it at the roof and it’s damaged. Worst part is they did nothing to help me solve the situation. They expected me to pay near-full-price for the damaged car. When I asked about other cars they offered lesser vehicles at the same price as the g wagon, completely taking advantage of the fact that I had already driven 2 hours to get to them. They give you a cool “no worries we’ll take care of you” attitude on the phone but it’s completely non-existent when you get there.

I came here for my trip to LA. It was my first time driving a super car and was the highlight of my trip. I rented the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder from these guys and it was an AMAZING experience.

Marlon, Juan, Eddie and Danny were so helpful and made the experience smooth and comfortable. They are professional and very knowledgeable on every car there. If you’re wondering where a good place to rent an exotic car is look no further. These are the guys you want to go to!

Fantastic experience with these guys! We rented a 1966 Ford Mustang for a photo shoot and everything went perfectly. The car was great, and the team there made the whole process easy. Pick up and return was quick and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you 777 Exotics!

Our family rented a '67 Mustang convertible to cruise the PCH. We loved it! The guys here took great care of us. Highly recommend!

Being an at 777 exotics, the staff was extremely accommodating. Right from the start picked us up from the airport with waters and provided full executive dining experience.
To top it off, the luxury cars checkout process was actually an experience of itself. I was entertained, while all safely, cleanliness and responsibility measures were deeply while having a good laugh.

If you are looking for an exceptional servicing experience like no other while renting a ultra luxury car in LA, you will find luck with 777 exotics.

My Drag sister and I rented a Red Convertible 1977 from this location, and it was a DREAM! We rented it for a night for a special occasion of the 30th anniversary of "Thelma and Louise" and boy were we the highlights of the show.
That car really made a huge impact on so many others lives, with pictures, feelings and emotions.

When we picked up the car rental, we were greeted by MARVIN & JUAN; as two drag queens renting a priceless oldsmobile, you could only imagine the feelings we could have had. THEY made us feel special. They made us feel organically like stars. I never would have imagined such guest service like this. I am very grateful for the efforts everyone made, to make us feel amazing.

I emailed JOSE in the beginning, & met him when returning the car. He was an exceptional manager as well. He informed us more on cars and the stock they had, pretty much informed us on how their business works. Because of the great service and the positive feedbacks, we will be returning to rent another car for another photoshoot.

Wanted to rent a Lamborghini Urus for 2 weeks. Needed it to be the orange one they had on their website. I tried calling to see if they still had that car as many of these companies display stock photos or pictures of cars they don’t necessarily own.

The person who I was speaking with was incredibly rude and impatient. All I asked is if the orange Urus was still available in their fleet. Rather than just saying “yes it’s still available” he went on some unnecessary rant about how they’d been in business for 31 years and he couldn’t tell me if it was available because I didn’t have the exact dates that I wanted it yet. As if I was unaware that they couldn’t rent out a car that was already rented for a particular day.

What an unprofessional representation of your company. As if all the spelling and grammatical errors on your website weren’t bad enough.

I booked another orange Urus with another rental company for two full weeks, so your impatience and unprofessionalism cost you about $20k.

Do your business elsewhere. These guys don’t deserve it.

Edit in response to owner's response: Maybe train your staff to slow their roll and let your customers speak before they go on rants. They were extremely rude and pushy. If you only knew who the car was being rented for.:)

Amazing, Amazing rental company. Wonderful customer service and the car I rented was incredible. This is the second time I’m working with Sam and renting from his company. I enjoyed both the G wagon and Porsche. Extremely clean and affordable prices compared to other rentals.

How about goodnight and rented cars at La exotic rentals, and it really is really good. They give you the best customer service and include insurance, which is something that many companies that rent cars do not do or simply lie to you & in La exotic rentals they comply. I was fascinated with the attention they give you & their delicacy I got an excellent experience and I hope there will be many more for me and for you who have an excellent night
