My problem was very complex and he was able to resolve it so efficiently just over a phone call; I didn't have to visit the office or do multiple follows-ups. He assured me that everything will be resolved and taken care of. Saved me so much headache! Thank you Hong:)

Totally agree with horrible management mentioned above. You should never expect to connect with a real person for some urgent things. For some emails, we’ve followed up a lot of times but nothing get back from them. And we spent almost 3 month to finish a roommate changing…

Absolutely horrible management. They are impossible to get hold of. Their email responses are extremely unhelpful. The manager, Julia Sullivan, has been super rude in responding and doesn’t ever provide a helpful response.
1. They have lost two of our packages and when asked where they went, she told us that our lease agreement says they can’t take any responsibility for the lost packages.
2. We wanted an additional parking spot, and she said it will be $150/month, even though the initial agreement that both parties signed said $100. It was only when we showed the agreement, she accepted 100$. But wonder how many other people they may have scammed this way.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful sound insulation and units are on the takeoff path from Palo Alto Airport (PAO). Avoid if you want to sleep. Management doesn't care.

New management is extremely incompetent. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anybody.

They had our lease dates incorrect in the system and failed give us as notice for move out or month to month rates one week before our lease expires. I had to proactively inquire about this in order to get any info out of them

Absolutely horrible management!

This property used to be great, but everything went downhill after they changed the staff / moved everyone to remote work since 2022.1/ Three days prior to move-in, we were informed that the unit we signed is no longer available due to pest control. Because it was already so close to the move, we didn't have time to look elsewhere and were forced to switch into another unit that was much less preferable.

2/ Got assigned to parking space that is on the other end of the property and were told that this is impossible to change. We are now stuck with this parking spot for the entire 12 months of the lease.

3/ Encountered multiple issues with rent payment. We paid the balance in full prior to move in, but got sent eviction notice due to errors on their backend system.

4/ Staff is really difficult to reach and takes forever to respond to your calls / text. Their manager Mikey is more reasonable, but some of the staff are really pretty bad at communicating and simply just can't handle the job well.
