The worst place to live. Its dirty, always random transients around, and they do not care about the residents at all just your money. My property has been stolen, the staff are incompetent and rude, and they will tow your car even if you have a parking permit displayed. Then they respond to the reviews as if they care and will change anything.lies.

The most terrible place to live. I wish there could be a -5 star rating! Look for another safer and peaceful rental. Its has gotten even worse since the new admin took over, it is a daily disaster. They are fixing the aesthetic of the complex but declining funds, or whatever you want to call it, to security. Homeless people can get inside the complex as they please, invading laundry rooms and stairs. They write on the walls, elevators, leaving their mess in the stairs and everywhere. I no longer take the stairs because anything can be happening there. Then, the housekeeper, Antonia, is always trying to clean these transcient people’s mess, but it’s too much for one person, I feel bad for her. This is an administrative issue which affects residents the most.

I appreciate the anemities, especially the security of the laundry room and the notifications when my laundry is done. I appreciate the layout of the complex I'm in, not alot if traffic. Residents are friendly.

The 2 ladies who handled our processing was extraordinary. How lovely they both were. They come highly recommended by me. Thanks 777 for such a pleasurable experience.

HORRIBLE DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE! We have had a car vandalized, a bike stolen, and have reported creepy men walking around trying to approach my daughter! Management could care less and wont do anything to make sure this is a decent safe place to live.

Nice place to live. It is very clean and well kept. I feel secure inside the complex. Office personnel is vert attentive and always willing to help.

So far it has been a clean and quite place to live. Has exceeded my expectations. I am happy with we’re we have moved. Only issue is parking.

All i want to do is be able to live healthy with out extra unhealthy circumstance making it difficult to prosper. It has been the biggest battle to get appartment management to even care about my concerns. I started asking for help the day I moved in 2020 because it smelled like mold! Why? Because they wouldn't let me see the apartment before I signed the lease. They promised me the apartment would look just like the model in UNIT B. IT WAS NOT THE SAME! (>_<)

The cupboards smell like mold and are decomposing upon touch! I begged for a new carpet because something is moving under mine! They said no. I asked for a new toilet because when I moved in the one in apartment was cracked! They said no! That is unsanitary to have any leaks from the sewer. To top it off last week I was asleep and at 6am my toilet is filling up with what they call black water and it flooded my carpet! Still they will not change my carpet. Disgusting! If I do it my self they said they will fine me! WTH

A friend that was going through challenging times asked me to move in here with her kids because she needed the extra income. Don’t do if. Management only selects out people to service whom they think they can benefit from. Insurance company’s renter policy nightmare

If you can find somewhere else to live choose that option. Roaches everywhere. Rats and mice everywhere. Homeless digging through the dumpsters as the gate constantly break and stay open. We keep our apartment very clean and don't leave food out ever. Yet rats and mice fid their way into the apartment. We have 8 traps setup and catch them in them constantly. They have destroyed our sofa and nothing was done to fix that. With all the other bad reviews on here. If this is your only option I would advise to look elsewhere again.

I've been here about 4 years and I'm very blessed. All staff here is very nice. When you need something fixed it's done quick. My neighbors are ok as well.

The people who live here are nice, but the new 2022 admin definitely has some points they should focus on. I have rented apartments for 10+ years and I am currently a college student. If you are anything close to being in my position, I highly recommend looking at other locations.

Edit: I may have just been unlucky with my account and credits being miscounted. I am glad my situation is clarified and solved.but I don't know if the process is improved. Threatening eviction over a clerical error is stressful for everyone involved. I really hope the process gets another look.

Careful where you park if you're visiting, your car will get Broken into. High Priced for a Low Location

I love my corner apartment. Perfect lighting and space in my Two bed.maintenance requests are taken care of right away. The community is well kept although I don’t understand why some people leave their trash or mess around the place. If you live here, then take care of the place & pick up after your dog or don’t have a dog it’s pretty simple. Other than that it’s pretty cool, the office is always friendly which I appreciate. They listened to our feedback about the washer / dryer and upgraded all the machines. Haven’t got to know my neighbors but it’s been peaceful. I don’t have parking complaints I did lease a garage but I have seen the tow taking cars without permits at night so it seems like they’re on it.

Honestly this place is not worth the price. They never get back to you regarding any type of complaint you put on the Greystar app, pets are left out of apartments unattended, and let’s not forget the ROACHES that every where around the apartments. That it literally the first thing me and my sister saw when we moved in, also the tour apartments you go see when you come in for a tour are nothing compared to what you get. It is a totally different layouts

So excited to be living here, so peaceful and everyone’s very nice.thank you 777 place for my Beautiful comfortable home.

Any good reviews here are from bribes by the company that owns this apartment with gift cards and snacks

this is a horrible apartment. Parking is never available after 4-5 pm
bathroom quality is bad
other residents are sketchy but maybe that's just a pomona thing

finally they are so brazen as to charge ridiculous "damage" fees for their already carpet, walls, and countertops that are already old and falling apart.this place is a joke. The app they told us to install to receive gift cards from writing good reviews was hilarious. I'd recommend a different apartment if you're a Western U student

oh yeah gates always open, although that's also due to the other residents forcing open the garage gate which leaves it open, and not enough security - my car got broken into twice
the one security guard that exists at a time hides away into a corner playing on their phone instead of patrolling and making their presence known

Dont park in the visitor parking you will be towed away. The sign says no parking from 9am to 6 pm and exactly at a tow truck shows up and still removes the car. I saw how someone cried because they had to pay $350 to get car out of towing company and couldn’t get to work. Then I saw it happen again the next day I even checked the time the tow truck was driving away with the car at 602 pm. Other than that I like living here the office personnel have always been nice
