I had been coming here for a few years. On one appointment I was really rushed and treatment was undone but the technician said it’s time and I got kicked out, I was dissatisfied and disappointed especially since I liked coming here. To be clear, I was on time and their schedule running late was not my fault. I tried to talk to the manager because I really felt I did not receive the treatment for the money I paid, and also wanted to resolve it so I could keep going there feeling fair, but never received a phone call as I was promised. Since then I stopped going here because I hold grudge for the money I paid for unsatisfying service.

As a loyal customer of 7Q spa I've previously enjoyed their services. However, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and inconvenienced.

I had scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a 6: 30 pm slot. Unfortunately, without prior notification, the spa changed its hours of operation for the holidays and, for a whole month, I was not made aware that the latest spot for an appointment was going to be 6: 00 pm. The day before my appointment, I received a text requesting me to arrive early, to which I responded positively saying I would try to, never did I say I was one hundred percent going to arrive early and during this exchange I was again, not made aware that they were closing at 6 pm. All I received was a thank you. Shockingly, on the day of the appointment, I was informed last-minute, after I let them know it was impossible for me to arrive early, that my 6: 30 pm slot was no longer available due to the altered hours and they were not going to be able to see me for my appointment.

There was no notification about the altered availability nor the option to reschedule up until the last minute. The unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled, especially with a month's notice for the original appointment, showcases a significant disregard for customer convenience and communication. This unexpected change without adequate prior information resulted in not only inconvenience but also a waste of my time and energy.

Adding to the disappointment, despite being on my way to the scheduled and never cancelled appointment, the receptionist made it sound like they were doing me a favor by waiving the no-show fee. This attitude, coupled with the lack of consideration for notifying me about the changed schedule, further emphasized the disregard for customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of 7Q spa and I will not be booking another appointment.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for about a year now bc the results are decent despite the nurses (with the exception of maybe 2) being absolutely rude and awful. Whoever handles the phones needs an attitude check because I’d never talk to customers the way they spoke to me. Won’t be returning after the experience I’ve had today. Results matter but your customer service matters more, fix it.

Their laser treatments are fantastic, and the staff is exceptional. Treat yourself – you won't be disappointed!

Terrible experience. I ended up with severe Edema around my eyes from
Botox injections 7 days later which made me look horrendous and with the worst droopy eyelids. They said it was unrelated to the Botox when research all over the net clearly states poor injector skills causes these symptoms. I canceled my follow up since I realized they don’t know what they are doing
Now I have to wait 4 months for the effect to disappear …
No more med spas for me! Only qualified surgeons

I did not get the results I was looking for and then their excuse was that I will need to do a 2nd or 3rd round

Love my experience here at 7qspa, good vibes cute lounging and the sweetest front desk I come get laser hair removal here ever so often when im in the area and I could not be anymore satisfied with the service and results. 10/10 ️

I came in for a couple of facial appointments here at 7QSpa and I can’t believe how amazing my skin looks now! When I was booking my appointment, I originally had no idea what facial was best for me, so the receptionist over the phone suggested I come in for a consultation first so the esthetician, Kim, can take a look at my skin. During my consultation appointment, I addressed my skin concerns which were the following:
⁃    Blackheads around nose
⁃    Clogged pores all around forehead and chin
⁃    Oily T-zone
⁃    Minor acne
⁃    Textured forehead
As someone with oily and acne prone skin, I’ve had a lot of difficulty with managing it. Kim suggested I come in for a deep cleaning appointment, and to follow up with a couple of microneedling sessions. I did experience some redness for a few days, but that is expected since it was an intense facial. After a month I came in for a microneedling session, and I feel like I’m a new person now! My skin is not only GLOWING but it is smooth and clean. Not only am I so much more confident now but I can’t even begin to express how good my makeup looks now when applied over a smooth base. Definitely recommend trusting your skin with Kim!

Great spot for full body lasering, as they have monthly specials and offer good promo deals. Sally does my Botox and lips and she’s wonderful. She does a natural job and is attentive to my wants. Thanks for the A+ experience.

I love this place. Not only did MJ really take her time and help build me a better looking nose, but the front desk team is amazing, friendly and welcoming. See MJ for nose/cheek/lip fillers!
