The owner, Mark Di Tommaso is just an amazing person. He's a great manager, he can do almost anything around the property, he has great resources for vendors and the like, and he is always available when we need him. I am a member of the HOA of a 40 unit condo complex. Our previous management company became utterly nonresponsive and began failing at even the most basic tasks. We called 8 West Property Management to replace them. They were able to drive the difficult transition to completion, discovered the neglected problems both with the buildings and the finances, corrected them, and have provided excellent advice about our requirements and options for the future.

Finance department never gets back to you after calling & leaving messages, no one is at the office on Upas when you go there in person, receptionist won't give you her name and cuts you off during conversation and then hangs up on you.my last call she said she would have the finance person call me back and when I asked her what number will she give her to call me back she didn't even know who I was or what unit I owned, when I called her out on this she simply hung up on me!

Worst management company I’ve ever encountered. As a Realtor for over 20 years I’ve never encountered a management company that won’t answer questions for either a owner’s Realtor or the owner’s themselves. Mark, the owner is very out of touch with what is needed to facilitate the sale of a property and very uncooperative. If you are looking to hire a HOA management company, there are plenty of other management companies out there that are more accommodating and in-tune with how business needs to be conducted.
