My Valentine's Day was just ruined. I've never seen a florist who sells rotten flowers to consumers. I chose to get roses here for Valentine's Day because of the good reviews from other customers posted on Google. I can't imagine they treat consumers this way. They interspersed not fresh flowers or even defective flowers into the bouquet, which is indeed a great way to cut costs.
I ordered two dozen roses from their staff on the 13th of February and picked them up on the 14th. They assured me they would wrap them for me and get the fresh flowers. When I received the flowers, I noticed that most of the flowers had black or torn edges. The pink roses, in particular, were barely in full bloom, had lost many of their outer petals, and most were in a dehydrated and dried-out state. Because red roses are darker in color, the black or damaged edges are less visible in the pictures. If you look closely, most of the flowers look like they are unsellable and ready to be thrown into the trash. There are also some Mandace flowers that are already in a decayed state. Such bad-quality flowers almost ruined my date with my girlfriend. I'm sure no one would pay nearly two hundred dollars for some rotten flowers.

If you want tacky advertisements attached to flowers and low quality service this is the place. I highly recommend ordering from a another small flower boutique, Gelsons Market, Bristol Farms, Pavilions or anywhere else. You will get better service. Beware when ordering on apps like Uber & DoorDash that this business has different business names to trick you.

I received some flowers on Feb 14. $260 + flowers. The roses were dying. Did not come with a vase. Had tacky advertising stapled, and put all over the flowers. Had a blue dollar tree thin ribbon rapped around them. It was put together horribly. The Roses were all different sizes with all the stems still on. Honestly there’s a lot better shops that will give you your moneys worth. I definitely do not recommend.

They are selling valentines bouquets for 39.99 cannot beat that. Love this store never disappointed always beautiful always friendly

Very bad presentation and description. I ordered on DoorDash a bouquet for my wife and she literally got 2 individually wrapped dozen roses not even in the same packaging. Second, they put advertising like no other around the packaging and stapled!
