Mike and his team do an incredible job! I have used them twice now and they do not disapoint. Mike leaves absolutely no stone unturned when he inspects your home. Th level of detail is nothing less then impressive. He uses a drone to closely inspect the roof of the house and goes through every room and checks the windows, outlets, ceiling and drywall condition. He inspects the garage the backyard and the attic. All systems and appliances are also checked. Bottom line, if you want a thorough honest assessment of your home or a property you are purchasing Mike is the right choice. He also ensures that you receive a detailed report with all observations and pictures. Report is supplied immediately, ususally the same evening of the inspection.
The man takes his time and will even walk you through his primary concerns before leaving, if you are available.
