Ok. So. Let us begin with this travesty. I ordered food for delivery and asked for extra WASABI AND GINGER and they tried slapping on a $30 "special request" fee. I have a special REQUEST.for the FBI! INVESTIGATE!
Had dinner at 88 twice this week while in town for work. Three ingredients taste and pork egg roll one night, two appetizers the second, Po Po plate and Dim Sum Select. Large portions and very tasty. I will return.
Had food delivered by Uber eats in my soup fried rice and sushi were good but just good, what do you expect for late night delivery? I will order here again though.
With these negative reviews I should just go to golden dragon on victory only a mile away, but everyone has there opinion

The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice for the second time I've ordered is spoiled! It has a strange odor and texture and makes your stomach hurt after awhile. I hadn't ordered in months due to the last bad experience with the shrimp but decided maybe it was a one off. I told the woman on the phone about my experience with my last order and she started getting mad over the phone! I had already paid over the phone so it was already kind of late to cancel. I just asked her to please make sure the shrimp was fresh this time. I knew I should've just canceled because the food came and again same experience. Not sure if it's due to pandemic or rising food cost but now their food has really went down in quality. Will never eat there again! The only reason I started going here was because my Chinese food go to closed during the pandemic so this is the only real option in my vicinity. I have in the last 2 years or so had other bad experiences here too long to get in to, but rude customer service and spoiled food has been my overall experience.
