Super beautiful place, great place, very helpful with animals! Abbi was very helpful and sweet through the whole moving in process.

Relocating to the area from out of state and after seeing many apartments I found this place. David was a breath of fresh air. He took his time, very informative, nice attitude and answered all my questions. Too bad there isn't more people like David in the world. Just want to say thanks David you are awesome!

Reception is very nice and friendly. They likes my dog and gives him treat. When I walk by reception, Abigail always gives big welcome to my dog.

This beautiful place is amazing and in the heart of DTLA. David Ortiz, the property manager helped me get one of the units here. He’s incredible and really makes sure to find the best unit for you to your liking. Ask for David!

Super clean good price for downtown. Usually Management out in downtown is absent, won’t help at all - but josephines management team does a good job at listening to our needs and taking action, esp if you let David know

Don’t ever expect to get your deposit refunded ever they will give you the run around and when it’s time to pay up and you’re calling they will hang up in your face threaten to call the police if you show up to the property the staff is rude when it came down to refunding me back my deposit. They say it takes up to 21 days for it to come in the mail it been a month and nothing with no answers from real page and the property act extremely clueless when it’s comes to the refund policy. I hate that now I have to contact better business bureau. And take the property to small claims court just to get my refund

Security is the worse! Can’t wait for a Uber without security harassing me! I literally got there and was just waiting for a Uber because I couldn’t walk anymore since I’m pregnant and security in 3 mins decides to come up to me telling I can’t be there I explained to him calmly I’m just waiting for a Uber I got tired I’m pregnant and instead he decides to harass me looked like he was going to grab my hand and tells me that I’m going to attract my friends and people to be therelike hello it’s a sidewalk second I ain’t a fly trap and third security needs to chill because if he laid a hand on me I could have pepper spray him or sue! You guys need to talk to your security to tone it down a notch
