911 Restoration of Rancho Cucamonga

When the leak took over my son’s room my family and I were in a panic. Went to google called a few restoration companies and everyone couldn’t come out or were pushing it until tomorrow, not Ken. His team and him arrived the same day removed all the water and dried it out within the couple of days. When it came time to rebuild my sons room they came in and did very quality work and it looks like no leak ever took place in my sons room. Thank you 911 Restoration!

Ken, Ray and their team really went above and beyond for my family. From the start all the way to the finish! They not only kept me in the loop but they stayed in touch with my adjuster and really did all the work for me. I tend to get stressed out in situations that involve my home such as the flood that happened in our kitchen, but they were able to keep me at ease and assure that I had nothing to worry about and that they would get the job done on a timely matter. 911 Restoration in Corona Does very poor work I would not Recommend this company. Please Don't Give your Claim check to any Company Doing work for you as I did 50,000 not able to get my Claim money back from 911 Restoration in Corona to Finish my House even if they say it will be easier to do the work by giving them the check and they will put Claim ceck in a separate account and draw from that account when they need to buy something for your house. Be in control of your own claim check money. Dont fall for this line. I have know Kitchen no sinks toilet Flooring. Most Reviews looked good so I went with this Company. The company did Respond quickly dem and dried my wall out but everything after that point was bad. This Company is a franchise so not all 911 Restoration are bad.

Ken, who came out to my home was very responsive to my calls, and text. Upon inspection I asked questions and was given responses and scenarios. He was very knowledgeable with experience, and professional. From inspection, restoration to finish, I’d use 911 Restoration again.

I had a wonderful experience with 911 Restoration. We had water damage due to a leak in our shower pan which led to mold in our interior wall. I called 911 Restoration and Ken immediately put me at ease. He walked me through the process and immediately dispatched his team to assist. Ken and his team were very professional and informative. Communication was great, and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Anyone that needs help with mold remediation should be reaching out to this company.
