986 Pharmacy - Van Nuys

I switched from cvs to 986 pharmacy first time there today By far the best service Ive had at a pharmacy They are quick, nice Thank you!

Nathalia, Estrella, linda, Daisy have been awesome to work with! The customer service made me transfer from Walgreens to 986 with out a second thought! I have also told my mother to come because the have free delivery and for the elder this is an awesome service!

Wonderful little pharmacy. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating with insurance needs and tracking down hard to find medications. I drive over from Westwood to use them instead of CVS.

I regret going to this pharmacy. They are the worse. I have called and told them a MILLION TIMES to STOP delivering covid kits to my house. I do not want them. I told them if I need it I will call but NO they keep sending me Covid kits. Ridiculous! I don’t know how to make stop! Pls if you don’t want to go through what I am going through do not go to this pharmacy. They are terrible!

I use to go to cvs for years they had the worst service My doctor suggested this pharmacy wow 1000000 times better! They answer my calls quickly when I pick up my medicine I'm in and out so quick It's amazing The staff is extremely efficient and friendly!

Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever set foot in. No office space or acknowledgment from staff. Was asked to go in for an interview after they had already closed their openings. All they asked about was how the previous companies I worked for ran things and their procedures. I quickly realized this wasn’t an interview for myself. I felt so uncomfortable, glad I didn’t get the job they are obviously desperate, beware!
