Lourdes Valdivia at 98Hundreds apartments is so welcoming and has always been prompt at helping us out whenever any issues come up! I feel grateful knowing she is there whenever I need her:)

Antonio is the best maintenance guy! Had a problem and fixed it easily and so nice and pleasant! He was so helpful and so very appreciated!

I have lived here since 2017 an have never really had any issues-other than a few ac issues here and there but Ive had the most positive experience with one of their maintenance guys- Antonio. A few days ago I had an issue with our ac not working right an submitted a work order request to get it looked at, I’m sure like most people in the world -me and my bf don’t really feel comfortable with anyone in our home when no one is home and noted that down. Antonio reached out the very next day to coordinate a time that would work best for us and was super nice. I work in a construction/ service industry so I was super impressed immediately with his demeanor and communication. He came out at the agreed upon time, looked things over / added some Freon at the ac an things seemed okay that day. Communicated with my bf (who was home) - he told me when I got home how he thought Antonio was great. We unfortunately ended up noticing it still not working right still the next day so I ended up submitting another request and he again reached out next day (today) to see when would work for us- I happened to be home and he came over quickly. He checked it out and explained what he was doing and how you have to add Freon in increments- took his time with the unit an checked the system a few times. The air seems cooler now - just waiting on the place to actually cool down / see the number on the thermostat drop now haha but I have 100% confidence that if for some reason the issue continues or happens again he will get back out promptly. 98 hundred - you’ve got a great maint.guy that deserves recognition- he is knowledgeable, prompt and personable leaving people with positive experiences. He deserves raise if I had any say hahaha

24 hours and counting no hot water is unacceptable. At least once a month there is an issue with the water being cut off. Or there being no hot water. Neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. Constant police activity. I moved my daughter to the complex because the reviews were good. I’m not happy with the results.

Hello Everyone! I have lived here at 98 Hundred Apartments for almost 2 years and I have always had great help from the Management specially the Property Manager Belinda and the Assistant Manager Lourdes for anything I may have needed. The maintenance has always come to fix anything I may have needed in a timely matter. The front desk (Management Team) are very friendly which is awesome they have always helped. I have always had a great experience at the complex. The location and the Complex itself is amazing!
If you want a responsive leasing office this is the please as they cater to everyone’s needs even with so many people that live in here

I have had absolutely no issues while living here at 98 hundred apartments! The management team is absolutely incredible, accommodating, and so nice. The move-in process was a great experience from beginning to end. The community is safe and beautiful. I have nothing negative to say about living here. I’m so happy I decided to move here!

I wrote a review yesterday. BUT I did forget something very important. See I been here a long time. “ I don’t write reviews much” 11 out of last 13 years. No this person has not been here 13 years. But, a very long time. This person in my perception, stepped up big time, many times for these Apts an it’s renters. This person help me a few times, “ most importantly” in regard to my issue with my A/C. “Too much to write, but I’ll tell ya this. There was a person very high up that was there personally. Taking care of it. Thank you BELINDA! Your absolutely amazing! Wish I could give ya a raise!

I have lived her for almost 5 years and I have always had amazing help from the front office for anything I may have needed. One thing I like the most is maintenance has always come to fix anything I may have needed in a timely matter and since I have a dog we set up appointments for them to come. They are very animal friendly which is awesome they have a dog park and a dog wash that have always been clean for us to use. I have always had a great experience at the complex. The location is amazing to get to work and to the river! If you want a responsive leasing office this is the please as they cater to everyone’s needs even with so many people that live here!

Antonio in Maintenance went above and beyond to help make sure our toilet was taken care of. Appreciate all his help and his sense of urgency!

I give 5 stars to Antonio. Maintaincevguy at 9800. He has the know how an the personality. Easy to submit maintaincevrequests through the app or you can call. Either way in my experience they handle their work load with smiles! Thanks Antonio!

I have live in these apartments since 2015 and it’s amazing here. The new-ish property manager Belinda is beyond great and so helpful. The whole staff is great and so in the maintenance team. 10/10 would recommend to live here!

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years. I love it here. I like the girls in the office and the maintenance team is cool.

The managers at the complex are flexible and understanding. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the staff at this complex.

I have lived in these apartments since 2020 and have loved everything about them. They are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Management is super nice and always greets me by name in person and even over the phone. Management also has done so much for the residents. Like pizza parties, breakfast on the go, bingo games, cookie decorating, and so much more. They also have great amenities like a full gym, a package lockbox room, 4 swimming pools, a park, and many grills with benches and tables.

Simply pathetic!
There are 30+ year old buildings. The maintenance is extremely horrible. The staff is nonresponsive & management couldn't care any less. My AC is broken down since a week and still it isn't fixed!
Apart from this when I moved, hot water was not working & plumbing was jammed!

In regards to amenities, where should I start- The swimming pools are occasionally operational, Gym is poorly maintained, where all dumbbells are stolen. Lat pull machines handle is broken. So on and so forth.

DO NOT BUY/RENT! I REPEAT! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE!

Overall nice place and nice people. Pretty prompt at resolving any issues in our place. Disappointing that they did not remotely enforce the policy of no smoking as all of our neighbors smoke daily from their apartments. Also disappointing that they are offering up our previous apartment for rent at a lower price point than what was offered to us. ‍️ And a car in covered parking two down from ours was broken into. Uneven flooring in the apartment; had to put stuff underneath furniture for it to be more level.

The place is ok but the neighbors are horrid. They smoke.loud.obnoxious. Police here constantly for domestic violence. Multiple complaints have been placed with office but office won’t handle the situation.
