After coming back from this store, she received notification from CA notify app that she was close to someone has Covid-19. Please stay away from this place to save your loved ones.

I had a pretty mediocre experience at this location.it wasn't the best and it definitely wasn't the worst.they had a good stock of the items i needed.the check out lines did get a bit backed up but they got through people pretty quickly.they did have hand sanitizer available at the front as well if you needed it to wipe down carts.

You have to go find your own cart in a parking lot and no supplies to disinfect the carts very sad

Large store, clean and has better produce & bread than other locations. The disappointing thing here is the lack of checkout help. Having only 1 then 2 (if you're lucky) people at the register when the line is more than half way down the aisle is lame/lazy to say the least.

Big store. Really much, compared to other smaller stores. Grocery isle is the only good thing about this location.

Please change your hours open listed online. Says you open at 7am. Went there this morning and store is closed with a sign made that's says you open at 8am. If there is time to have a professionally made sign, you have time to adjust the hours posted online.

I go almost everyday! There is new things when I go. I love it there, I love going with my little sister Samanta.

I will say that the employees are always always very very pleasant no matter how busy they are. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when needing to use the restroom it's quite atrocious. Other than that, the store is Great!

Rude and not friendly. Customers stare at you. There is no 6 feet rule constant long lines. It needs more workers.

Stood in very long line at the store, nobody would give me 6 ft social distancing. I ended up losing my tempur. I don't want to get the virus. Nobody would back up. Finally got the bearded no masked manager to come out but all he did was ask me not to curse. I was upset which is what made me curse. He told me he doesn't have to wear a mask. I don't understand. We are in a pandemic. It's far from over. Does anyone in corporate care?

Very well stocked, and the store is neat and clean. The employees are very pleasant and well mannered.

I went to this store on Redhill in Tustin, Ca today to buy several things. I am a 72 year old healthy white woman and I went without a mask as I have done for the past 2 months including yesterday and was always waited on every single time! But today for some reason I was allowed to come in the store, shop and pick up whatever I wanted, patiently waited in the long line with no problem or comments! BUT when it came time to pay for the few items I was purchasing, the cashier refused to sell them to me because now all of a sudden I needed a mask to purchase them! All of a sudden this was the NEW store policy that happened on Monday that no one could purchase something from this store without a mask! I asked immediately why was this new policy not enforced yesterday when they allowed me to purchase something’s if in fact they started this new policy on Monday?

There was no comment to that question? I was mortified! You would have thought I was causing a problem instead of just shopping! There was no one stopping anyone at the door without a mask! I was completely shocked when I was treated this way! So this is the 99 Cents store New policy to embarrass you at check out if you dare to buy something at their store without a mask and they didn’t stop you on the way in!

BEWARE of some cashier embarrassing YOU when you go to THIS store for absolutely NO reason!

Get stuff on the low, anything, inspect quality before but found that the key to buying at 99 cent store great deals for candy, snacks, produce, household items you name it.

The "keyholder" and cashier were completely rude and unprofessional to me. I was simply letting the cashier know that the merchandise I grabbed was on a 99cent shelf with no other indication on the merchandise that it was a different price. When it rang up and was indeed more expensive, I told the cashier who just shook her head and was cold towards me. Telling me I was wrong, without even caring that staff made a mistake stocking the item. Then, when I continued to explain myself she just took her attention off of me and the manager was near us whom she unprofessionally spoke to and said "aren't these always $3? ". The manager was even worse. She was a large Hispanic woman who didn't have any professional attitude or communication skills. I love the 99cent store. There are locations that hire REAL adults who have a good attitude. This location is NOT welcoming. I will never return. I've given it 2 tries and this time was worse than the last time. Very disappointed in the lack of this location's hiring abilities.
