99 Cents Only Stores reviews
25They almost always have what I' m looking for in a quick store run (maybe not so quick when there is a big line and not enough cashiers though!)
ALWAYS FIND GOOD FOOD AND HOUSEWEARS. KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AND BREAD. CANDY. FRUITS. VEGETABLES. BATTERYS, TOILET PAPER. ALUMINUM FOIL.
With everything going on today and snaps that's money for you don't know who snaps are as limited as they are 99 Cent stores are God sent years ago I would never step foot in one of these places but now they're the holy grail and I appreciate the people that work there and the prices got to do what you got to do bro this 99 Cent Stores clean the employees are very patient and tolerable they acknowledge your presence customer service is great and I sit at home thinking man I should go back and get this so thank you guys and keep up the good work
Ripped me off for a couple bucks! Always check my receipt but this only time i didnt, they charged me more than what i was buying! All bad
Good place to buy a variety of household items. Tissue, bar soap, and produce and the price is the BEST DEAL.
Always an exhilarating and mind blowing experience. Truly the 99 cents store has brought harmony to my life with occasional distress and may it bring the same to you.
Great store to shop in. Shelves are always stocked up. Cashiers are very pleasant and helpful. Will always return.
I reviewed the 99 Cents Only Store in Wilmington awhile back and thought I would see how this one on Long Beach Blvd compares. Firstly, this store has the advantage of being a larger store so the selection is greater. Not necessarily better, just greater. The store was crowded on the Saturday afternoon I was there. But the shelves and floors were clean and I didn't find peanut butter in the shampoo aisle as can happen at 99 Cents Stores of all types.
This store had 1/2 and 1/2 - not the fat free version but from a name brand dairy. It was only 1.99 for a quart. Down the street its 2.79 for the same product. So of course I bought more than I intended using the rationale that made the founder millions ("it's only 99 cents).
I appreciated that the lines were very long and the checker was friendly and efficient. All in all, I'm glad to have visited this store. You can get an awful lot of things that you really don't need for a very low price.
They had all the fruits and vegetables that I needed. Store was clean and it was a fast checkout.
Cashiers vs. Customer dispute really held up the line and there were only two checkstands with long wait times open until finally somebody decided to open a third. Still has a decent selection but the outside of the store always looks rough. Easily not one of the better 99cent stores I have been to.
A good sized 99¢ store. A little slow on the registers, but what can you expect for all the bargains. I liked this store.
I really like the store itself, it is always stoked with a lot of produce and also has good snack foods, hygiene, misc.items but the lines are ALWAYS LONG ALWAYS. So much so I had to knock off two stars. Regardless the time, day, morning or evening the lines are long. It's unfortunate otherwise the store is great.
Always go in with a mindset to spend$5 max and always leave with $20 and upper tab. There are sooo many bargins there that I always lose self control! Like lays potatoe chips say, "Nobody can eat just one! " I challenge you to spend "JUST ONE DOLLAR! " lol
This store has meny item that are price well above 2.99. Mostly only 2 cashiers. Costomers spend more time in line to pay for merchandise than shopping.
The lines here are ridiculous, they have a whole bunch of people waiting in line and out of 8 registers only 2 are open.
I like it here its pretty organized and clean but it should not be a 99 cents store because the have things that r 10.99 now but otherwise good store
They have everything (fresh produce, drinks, frozen foods, snacks, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, bath products, mailing supplies, school supplies, and more). And it's 99 cents per item, or even less for bundles. I highly recommend this store!
Thanks again for your time with me. I will be there shortly
I have been able to get the things I need.
There isn't much parking. The selection is very limited unless u manage to arrive shortly after staff is bringing out a new truckload of merchandise.
Staff very rude and never around when u need them.
Bathrooms r always filthy.
They have a security guard but he just stands by the door it flirts with young women who come into the store.
