99 Cents Only Stores, Gardena CA

Clean well-organized fully stocked on everything except for a few things that I was looking for but hey it's a toss-up these days when people have retail shopping fever. Like me hahaha.

Say closed at 10 but really closed early wasted time and gas driving here when the hours was just updated 6days ago

I took my mother to do her shopping first thing this morning. The store was clean and the isles were not cluttered or crowded so it was easy to move around.
We were able to find the items she wanted and move toward checkout.
Once at checkout, my shopping bliss ended! A LOOOOONG line, another line was occupied with someone checking out and no light on (no one else could get in the line).
FINALLY they open another line, but went to the closed line (that FINALLY turned the light on) and took some people from that line and came AFTER we had been in the line for a while.
For once in my life, I didn't raise hell! I wasn't happy, but I behaved. Our checker was tired (I guess he had a rough night). Hardly any welcome and my feeling was he could take us or leave us, cause he wasn't even concerned.

This store just keep getting worse. I was there today where they only have 2 cash registers open with long lines on both registers. The Cashiers asked at least 3 times for additional cashiers to open but no body showed up. Everyone in line was frustrated. I ended up spending almost 15 minutes standing in line. Where is store manager?

It was an amazing store and well stocked great variety and pricing and the right amount of cold food items great selection as well.

Security guard stopped me at the door Wednesday night and got in my face saying “you walk around the store and don’t buy nothing” like if I’m supposed to buy something even if I don’t find what I want? Worst experience.

This location is ok for a quick stop.store needs to be cleaned more often a stocked.alot of empty shelves.the employees are nice. Would hv given more stars, but interior needs improvement.

One of my fave spot to shop but my only complaint is the long lines with sometimes 2-3 registers open lol not blaming the workers, I'm sure they got a lot to do. Overall, it's a good store o browse around.

This is the nicest 99 cent only store I've seen in a long time. It has recently gone through renovations and it looks and feels great. It looks like they have enlarged the store a bit too. Let's be honest, this shopping center has needed some work and out of slowly getting there. There's new food places like Jersey Mike's n and it's making a huge difference in the community. Let's go Gardena!

Some good deals, great selection of garden decorations & household items. Friendly and efficient service.

Huge 99 Cents Only Store with a recently remodeled plaza and parking lot. Lots of new stores and eateries in the complex and everything looks generally better!

Nice clean place with good deals. I buy my vegetables and fruits from here cause the deals are great. Bundles of veggies for 99 cents and huge cantaloupes for 99 cents

It's what you would expect from any 99¢ store. Your basic essentials, outdated books and coloring notebooks. Shasta Cola, not to mention that good bread and basic supplies for school projects. For cheap (Duh).
Consider yourself lucky if you find any good essentials, technology wise.

Well stocked great variety and pricing and the right amount of cold food items great selection of car care and cleaning supplies.

They are in the middle of a remodel. This was really needed can't wait to see when its finished. I will do another review once its complete.

Love this place Even if the lines are usually long and they only got to checkers. It's Worth standing in line

Currently under construction of the exterior. This location doesn't seem to have as much variety as other stores. Plus some aisles seem to be stocked more often than others. Clean place over all and very friendly staff.

Not the best shopping center around, but still the best 99€ store.

The store is always kept clean and manicured along with fully stocked shelves from island to island. There's also plenty of shopping carts in the parking lot and inside the store.

There's even restrooms available to the public.

This is one of my favorite $. 99 stores, plenty of things to choose from, the staff is pleasant, parking lot is safe, clean, and ample-, in and out parking is convenient and The store is easily recognizable from the street.

There's plenty of gadgets and gizmos at this store even a great produce section, you'll also find everything you're looking for your Automobile,

However the exterior of this corner shopping center: it's not the cleanest and needs a revamped. I mean the rest of the shopping center, But this particular $. 99 store it's very nice. Of course the shopping center itself needs to get a new face lift.

The store wasn’t the best but the customer service was! In particular this girl named Ruby helped us out and made the expericace easier and faster! Also a great attitude and environment!

We had a very bad experience today at 8: 00pm at this 99c store the cashier #6 over charge us 1 product. She didn't want to take responsibility of her mistake and she send us to the manager in cashier aisle 8. I talk to the manager showing him the reseceve telling him that I was over charge.he respond you sure you don't have it? I was WHAT? NO! And I offer him to go to my car if he was doubting for he can go and check. He respond ok I go right now! I was really surprise that he will go to my car and check.then he told me I'm busy so you wait I said ok I wait. After 5min he told me so you shure you don't have it. I was really offended. I was expecting at list respect from the manager but there is no way to treat customer like thives!
