99 Cents Only Stores reviews
21I actually really like this 99 because it's always clean and the employees are always very nice they have a very good variety of stuff to.
This store needs more employees ringing up people to better promote and ensure more social distancing
When this morning to buy in some produced nd lucky me i found hand sanitizer but they changed the price from $1.99 to $3.99 so i think that's call gouging the $1.99 sticker is still on the bottle but it rings up $3.99 so is funny how all other store's have them for $1.99.
They Racial profiled my boyfriend and followed him throughout store when we were shopping. To the point where they called a security to scan all the isles. Very upsetting and ridiculous.
Place seems to be somewhat difficult to find, due to the fact that the sign is so small. I knew it was somewhere in the shopping center, as I'm used to seeing the massive 99 Cents Only sign on other locations. However, when I did finally find it, it was worth spending the time to find it. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars.
I don't usually do this so ill keep this brief. I carry a backpack to help me carry groceries and more often than not I am buying a large quantity of things to make it easier to carry as I am a bus rider. I walked into the ninety cent store a day or two ago my backpack. No drama nothing because as far as I know the policy was you could bring your backpack in.
I was chased down the aisle no signs or anything said that u needed to leave the backpack at the front as I was told from a cashier at the store. That a backpack was stolen from the store so they stopped having u leave the backpacks at the front. According to the cashier Britney no signs were shown and the cashier was ignorant of things that went in in the store had no knowledge of anything and could of cared less if the backpack was stolen
I need to figure out who the cashier was that was honest and told me about the backpack being stolen because unlike Britney at least she knows what goes on in her store and cares. So apparently the manager or supervisor does not think signs are appopriate or any kind of communication because according to Britney no signs were available.
So backpacks have been stolen from this store and the cashier's could care less if anything is stolen. To be fair the person I talked too on the phone seemed willing to work w me that was cool. Being hanged up on laughed at and having a cashier who could care less about anything was not a pleasant experience so let's do the right thing no purses, strollers or anything because rather ur a good customer or not this 99 cent store thinks anyone who carries a backpack is a thief.
Dirty, rude helpers and I will never go back. I am also telling my friends and family to never go there.
Only and one 99 cents store in oildale California. Good clean organized sometimes strange get you confused not to able finding what you need in each aisle. Good paitence workers. Awesome.
It a good 99cent store. Thy have most every thing youll need and it cleane i shop here most every day. Some days twice. LoL.
It's a normal 99cent store. However sometimes they get special stuff. That's 2.99/3.99, most ive seen was $10. Usually the price is worth it through! However I'm not giving 5 stars. Cause it's so damn hot at this location during the summer. I feel sorry for the employees.
I like going to this store because I always find what I need especially during my lunch time. The cashiers are always nice and curtious
Definition of oildale.
Meth addicts stealing everything that is not tied down while store personnel looks past the obvious men and/or women who reek of meth stank and B. O.with their GIGANTIC coat's in spring weather looting the place without a care in the world.
Cashier's are loathing and teeming with attitude.well one cashier was, I cannot speak for the others.the kitchen sink blonde.this store is prime oildale, okay for the clear class and an outright dismal experience for any other.
Do yourself a favor and drive up the street to Dollar general.name brand selections, friendly staff and cheap finds.
Usually great produce.service is eh until today. 1 stand out cashier with great service. Tons of solid finds everytime we go.
Had a great time shopping and savings, large variety. Nice and knowledgeable workers, Olive Dr and Big Lots Location.
It's a great place to get your little odds and ends and to fill your kitchen with the convenient condiments and sides to go with your dinner. The produce isn't half bad some of the time. But remember the golden rule when it comes to something. "You get what you pay for". All in all I give this place a great review
Fast but didnt tell me the only bags they had were 25 cents. They assumed I would just pay it and the 10 cent bags were all gone. So I took my 9 items and carried them out with a hand basket and they told me not to and I did it antway. I told them I had to carry the stuff out somehow!
Lots of great deals, so happen to be in the group deal and hual 99 cents store makes my shopping more easier
Great prices. Usually pretty fresh produce and dairy but look at the expiration date people. Three stars because the store isn't the cleanest. Still all and all, it's worth the visit. You never know what you'll find here, so walk the isles.
You can find alot of name brand products and items that would cost you more at the big markets. I love the store
I used to love shopping here but the store is so dirty and dusty like the employees just gave up cleaning it. And the last two visits the cashier never gave me the right change at all. They just kept my change and pretended that I wouldn’t notice. Not happy shopping here if that’s how they’re running a business now. And to top it off there’s always homeless people sitting outside of the store waiting for each customer leaving to ask them for money.
