The ladies are usually super friendly and nice. Have great conversations with them and have been coming to this store for a few years now. I don’t typically have problems. Though there have been 2 instances so far when the older Asian man who works there has been extremely rude to us. Probably not gonna come back until he fixes his attitude. He alone made my family and I want to go somewhere else to spend our money. It’s crazy how one person can destroy business and give the store a bad image. Hopefully they see this and try to fix it up.

This place is spacious and clean, gotta love the prices I compared a few products and Walmart is higher on the ones I compared

First time in here and I flipped out. Had to go up and down every aisle. Make sure to see everything. Very cool store.

Terrible customer service. I am hearing impaired and I have a service Dog. I went in this morning to purchase a few things with my service dog and before I could get into the store the clerks at the register tells me there was no dogs allowed. I told him that my dog is a service animal which she has on a service jacket and they still told me that my dog can I come in there I had to show paperwork I have never Had to prove that my dog was a service animal in any establishment she flies with me. She rides public transportation with me every store that I go, and she goes in with me. I am very unhappy, and I will never return to that store again.

This 99plus store is closer to the truth than the one that's on the stock market (99only). ONLY THIS store keeps true to it's discount roots and although something's are not 99 it's worth it to support your neighborhood stores esspecially ones that have the same selection plus more. I suggest anyone who lives or is visiting the downtown area check this place out you will be surprised at what u find.

Super store. My sunglasses weren’t great and needed a new beach bag. The employees were very helpful during a moment of stress when the card machine wasn’t working. Probably due to me having an overseas bank account and the store closing in 2 minutes, I was panicking! The employees were fantastic and the store was pretty busy, during my problem using bank card and a little time to allow all customers to pay and leave they didn’t rush or break professionalism at all. Wish I had gotten their names to include in this review! Very happy with my experience today!

I wish I lived closer to this store because literally youncan find just about anything here for household, birthdays or even DIY crafts.

The prices are always going up yet the selection is also always improving thank you not always 99¢ store

This place is amazing. It has so many things on stock for the right price if not the best price and the clerk with burgundy hair I very pretty and always has a positive attitude same for the other employees who make you welcome.
