We went grocery shopping at this place yesterday and we spent $125 in this store. The cashier only gave me $10 worth of gift coupons when we supposed to get $12 worth of coupon, my wife went back and ask her about this that she was short two dollars of coupon, the cashier gave her a very dirty mean look, and Loud Voice that makes my wife very upset and angry still didn’t give her the two dollar coupon that she was short, my wife did not tell me until we were in the food section exchanging for roast duck so I told her just forget about it then let’s not spend our money in this store anymore, because the cashier was very rude and have a attitude problem.

Good price and good services. People remember me by name even I don't come here often. Good Chinese food at very low prices. They have Chefs from Hong Kong and Shanghai. Very very friendly and excellent customer service.

It's a very rubbish supermarket, it's okay if the things are expensive, your quality is good! Fried fish stinks! Wicked! What should I do if I eat bad people? Is the manager of this store a wine bag and rice bag?

I visited 2 stores, this Happened at the Milpitas location, All was well until myself and four of my colleagues went to the seafood department to purchase dungeness crabs, the attendant started blowing his nose onto the floor, then wiped his nose with his hand, then went back to handling seafood with his hands full of snot, as if nothing. I flew all the way from Minneapolis, but will NEVER go again!

Still have lots of Asian food and veggies. Some prices increase substantially. Still love to shop there.

It's easy to buy.but the instant noodles I like are all in 5 packs. It's hard to buy

I ended up there because it was right across from my hotel, so it was an easy walk. They had anything you could need, and the selection of Asian goods was astounding. Surprisingly, the prices were very good too. I will most certainly be going back when I stay in San Jose.

This Dahua 99 is the best chain store in the Bay Area that I have been to. It is clean and tidy, and the price signs are completely different. Some Dahua stores do not have promotional price signs because they are not stocked enough. This store will not

Service of cashier lady is really bad, bad attitude and bad customer care. The lady closed the lane earlier before her day off and refused to serve the customer when the other line are long. It used to be one of my favorite supermarkets to go but not anymore.

2 star for my past good memory and the current degraded service.

Over priced, and most stuff you found are import from china, with no quality control and may not comply with fda regulations, etc, there is no manufacturing date, no expiration date on many things they sell.

I do not quite like this one. The price is quite too much compared to the surrounding oriented supermarkets.

Lack of business ethics!
I bought 4 crabs last Sunday, they picked those missing legs or claw to me.
Never trust anyone over there and make sure to check what they sell you!

Know this place for over 20 years. The koi fountain looks ugly now. Wish they have better taste in decor

This location has great parking great selection and to stop there are very friendly and helpful.
