99 Tea House - ChaChaCha, Fremont CA

It is a small place with little decorum, but let me tell you do not let that deter you from the flavors. I ordered all of the mochi ppang except the Oreo, MINDBLOWING! ALLL OF THEM! Also had the strawberry mochi with Boba tea. That was incredibly delicious. The Boba is succulent! Happy service from the owners appreciated their beautiful smiles. Even the young guy working he was as well pretty awesome to deal with. Thank you so much for this experience as this was on a whim that I happen to be in your neighborhood!

I love this Boba tea place- I found it by accident a few weeks ago and have been back multiple times since 10/10 would recommend

I ordered from Grubhub. The ordering system design is bad. You have to CHOOSE toppings even if they’re written in descriptions. There is no default toppings like other stores do. That’s fraud!

Look what I got: Boba 3 bothers: plain milk tea with nothing else inside, charged for $6.5, which you can get one for $1.25 in grocery stores. Just because I placed an order in a hurry and thought it would have 3 default toppings. The staff wouldn’t think it’s weird. “Just a dumb making dumb orders hahaha”

This store used to be good. But the ordering system definitely need improvement.

The boba tea turned out to be nice. Boba pearls were soft. I was able to customize sugar and ice levels. Recommend this place to all the boba tea lovers!

Great variety of drinks and top service - they greet you when you walk into the store. Got the order right and the drinks were delicious.

The place is minimalistic but the drinks are absolutely love the 3 Brothers hazelnut never going anywhere else to get boba if at all possible

99% tea house has always been my favorite one to go to whenever i feel like having a milk tea. Fast and the prize is just right.

Delicious but the workers don’t respect the published hours. We got there on time and we’re told they were already closed with the open sign still ON and within their published hours. That’s not good for customers. We came all the way from Pleasanton for this. Not cool!

The owner was extremely friendly, and the tea and croffles (croissant waffles) are delightful. The price is also perfectly matched to the portion sizes. We will definitely be coming back.

The Best and my favorite boba place in the bay area. In my opinion it's the only boba store in the bay area that compares with those LA ones.perfect and balanced consistency of milk tea, thick smooth silky absolutely delicious. Chewy soft nice bobas and a great variety of toppings. A must try.

A good selection of teas, at decent prices. And at a great location that’s easy to get to. I also like the fact that you don’t have to stand in line forever to get service. A big thumbs up!

This is my go to boba tea place. Their tea is very good and the quantities of boba is generous. They have their own app for take out orders that is easy to use. They have been very accommodating about filling glasses we bring in ourselves so we don’t feel so guilty about the single use plastic.
