I went in for the trial session and found a unique workout here for certain. The trainers seemed young but they had great experience. I very much liked the encouragement and guidance they provided. A great 30 minute workout to be had at 9Round.

The trainers are amazing. Sam is there during the mornings and she always makes sure you are pushing yourself while enjoying the workout. No matter your skill level, it's always challenging. If you don't like the long sessions at the gym, these 30 minutes in your day are all you need.

The trainer is very encouraging. It’s a quick workout and I feel like I’ve worked hard within that 30 minutes.
